I searched for a top rated criminal attorney close to our house (as I knew we would need to see them several times) for my husband, who was charged with a felony. Debra's information came up and I contacted her after reading her website and bio. Upon speaking with her, it was obvious to me that we needed to meet with her in person, she was genuine, sincere and really seemed to want to discuss the case in more detail to see how she could help. When I got my DUI I was in complete disarray. Between my family, business, and future, I was having trouble sleeping due to constant anxiety. Not only was I involved in an accident, but I had an extremely high BAC. Needless to say, I feared the worst. When I went to Leah, I was facing 2 weapon violations which were 3 years in County jail for one, and the other was 3 years in State Prison which was 6 total years for the combined charges. Leah managed to get 1 charged dropped which was possession of a silencer in CA. and the other charge was reduced to JUST probation for two years and NO JAIL TIME!! I will also have to do some classes a few days a week but the idea of not being in jail is a true God send!
