I should have done this sooner, but better late than never. Lynn Pierce, and Jack Hyland are experts in criminal justice. Not only were they able get me the best outcome for my situation, but they did it like it was second nature. Shazam is an outstanding lawyer. This guy milks the system to be in his favor he truly put his neck out for me multiple times and kept in great contact and explained every detail of the judicial system to my understanding. Hes got a personality you only find once in a life time. His level of professionalism and his desire to go above and beyond is spectacular. My family has gone to him with any issues that we have come across and he always shows the courts that he is very well spoken and very driven and hes very aggressive getting his foot in the door and getting the best deal he can for you. He works very close with the courts and has great connections and because of that he gealts the best deals. This guy has the spirit that every person in fear desires hes on top of anything that comes his way. I was looking at doing some time locked up and he got me a deal that is so incredible and I hope that you receive the same level of results as I did i cant express how amazing and pleased I am with this guy. If I could give a better rating then 5 stars I would be more then glad. Seeing this guy in action is incredible. I was looking for an attorney for my son who had very serious criminal charges against him. I had looked online for an attorney with good ratings. Shazam has a 4.7. I thought that was pretty amazing. I had been praying and I kept coming back to his website and customer comments. Because of that he is whom we chose. I could not be happier with our choice. I never expected someone to be so responsive. Any time an email was sent it was answered the same day, or Shazam would call us in person! We occasionally talked to his wonderful staff if they needed something from us. The attorney himself calling us back was AMAZING. When we met with Shazam in person, he was very upfront. He tells you his fee and that's it, nothing changes, no hidden charges. He was very blunt about the seriousness of my son's charges. He told us best and worst case scenarios. He gave us strategies to help his case, and things to start prior to court. Shazam told us with his years of experience the probability of what my son's sentence would be. The sentence ended up being better than all of us had expected, including Shazam :) My best recommendation I can give, if he gives you advice listen to what he says and follow the steps he lays out for you. He has my highest regard. I sincerely recommend Shazam to anyone who is looking for an attorney that can and does get the job done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Shazam!

In Colorado, gaming is a small industry and good representation can be difficult to acquire. If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself with a gaming charge I highly recommend Ron to represent you. He has had more gaming cases than any other attorney that I am aware of. Ron is a great attorney and a great guy as well! He was reccomended through a friend and I am very happy that I hired him. I was looking at charges that I was not guilty of and when everyone else suggested that I "plea and make a deal" for something that I didn't do, Ron represented me and the charges were dismissed. Absolutely incredible! I was worked with the attorney Johnathan Blasewitz for my legal case. He worked very hard and did everything he could. Tom was wonderful to work with during an extremely difficult time, like divorce. He made the process easy to understand and was flexible with my work schedule. Many of the attorneys that I interviewed were not interested in helping me get more than 50/50 parenting time, but Tom took this on with no problem. Not sure what to say about my attorney Tom Nellessen and the Nellessen Law Office. After speaking to several attorneys, Tom was recommended to me by a friend. I was told that he was very skilled at what he does....and he is! Tom saved my life and kept me from being taken away from my family. All of the other attorneys that I talked to said that I would be going to jail for a long time. That scared me because I have a family to support. When my case finished, I received no jail time and my record was cleared! Mr. Nellessen was amazing!

I was charged with assault and being that I have never been in a situation of ever being in trouble with the law, I was clueless and scared. I searched for criminal defense attorneys online and thankfully, I found Tom. I went to his office for a consultation and within seconds my anxiety and fear was gone. Tom is full of positive energy, with a great personality. I knew I was in good hands. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and set up a game plan for me immediately. He was so kind enough to set up a payment plan, and he kept me posted and sent me reminders of court dates. The day of my trial , Tom was there with a smile on his face, reassured me everything would work out. He pulled me aside, and said "your case is dismissed." It was such a relief! Tom Nellessen is an excellent attorney! I had a really complex DUI case and I consulted many attorney's about, and he was the only one to tell me that I might have a chance. I was contacted by the police regarding a Hit and Run in Denver. I contacted Denver Attorney Daniel Murphy to help me. Dan explained everything that would happen very thoroughly. Kevin Pauly is everything a lawyer should be! I am a young scientist, father, and an anti-authoritarian. I’ve interacted with fascist police far too often in my life and was recently wrongfully charged by one. I’ve spoken with many attorneys over the years & most come across as sleazy, slimy, conmen that are only interested in representing you to make money. Kevin Pauly is the antithesis of a sleazy lawyer & has completely opened my mind & heart to how good a lawyer can be - and how good people can be! Kevin is highly intelligent, competent, and just flat-out knows his stuff! Many times I proposed a strategy to Kevin and he would explore it with me and almost always responded with a perspective that I found far better! As a math & science person, Kevin’s willingness to consider & discuss strategy is what I need in a lawyer; I don’t want a lawyer who I argue with, but since I’m paying them to represent me I required that my wishes are front and center in the direction of their motives to act on my behalf. What a surprise it was when Kevin continually reframed our strategy in ways that were just simply far better than what I initially proposed...Needless to say, I knew I had hired a brilliant lawyer! Strategy is one thing, but implementing strategy that manifests the desire outcome is what really matters. Kevin flat out got the prosecuting attorney to dismiss my case! No deferred prosecution, no deferred sentence, no deferred judgment, but a straight out dismissal of my charges, stating “reason: in the interest of justice”!!! When I say “Kevin got the attorney to...” I mean it!. When I spoke with the city attorney at my arraignment I was offered no deal of any kind. After a series of meetings & phone calls with Kevin, she became very helpful [and I thank her & Kevin both for that]. Kevin was able to build up agreement between himself and the city attorney to dismiss the charges. Kevin is a such a pleasant, intelligent, and genuine person to converse with! I believe his positivity is elemental to his ability to argue the heart of the matter while suppressing unhelpful adversely stances on either side. Kevin is a wonderful & genuine human being, who also happens to be a brilliant lawyer! I cannot thank you enough Kevin for all you help! You’ve been such a positive force in my life!

If you need a lawyer who would look out for your best interest, Kevin is the go to attorney. I only called Kevin once to tell him about my husbands situation, he started looking into it even without me talking about hiring him. Kevin started to make calls for me to get more information and i had not even hired him yet. He gave us information that helped my husband get out of detention when over 20 attorney's i had contacted had told me that there is no way out of detention for my husband.
