My wife and I recently retained Tomi and we were not happy with the service. I never felt like Tomi really cared about our case. We had some issue we were not aware of and when it was determined we could not proceed as we thought we would, Tomi offered no solutions until we asked. I'm not sure how long it would have taken her to offer a solution had we not asked. We also felt that she was pushing the line a bit with charging us time. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This woman came highly recommended by multiple sources. She was great during the interview and beginning steps of my family law case. She began strong and certain she could win my case. Things went down hill faster than I would have imagined. She became unresponsive after many emails calls and messages. She would show up yo court only and never really get anything done. Always just pushed to the next status conference. I forked out a ton of money and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Unfortunately he was extremely over priced and does not do his due diligence. We requested the body camera footage from day one. He even went as far as to tell us it usually does not exist. After realizing he was not working for us we ultimately fired him and we beat the case on our own. I observed him for months plea client after client out never requesting to bring matters to trial. To quote Mr. Moorhead “hey it’s a business”. The red flag we ignored in the beginning was the fact he told us we can leave the state while on bond with out the courts permission. To quote him once again “you can’t get in trouble anyways”. Save your money and time and find another lawyer unless you want the bare minimum. Good luck with your matters!
