I am so upset with Rusty Shepard I don't know what in the world to do. I did not expect to pay my money for my calls to almost never be returned, left several messages, out of almost 2 years he contacted me twice out of 20 calls I've made and left several messages. My son who he's "representing " only saw him twice since we hired him and has been sitting in the county jail abandoned. I don't know what to do anymore other than to seek another attorney. I understand we're dealing with this pandemic and a lot has changed with the courts but the no communication is unacceptable. My son has court this morning and Rusty has made zero attempts to contact me so I can be there or invited in the zoom court. It's sad and my heart is breaking not knowing anything.
