If I could rate Mr.Waldrop a zero I would I am suing him to retrieve 3 thousand dollars in small claims. I complained to the bar as what he did was a clear violation of his duties.. I was under duress and told him and he let me plead no contrast which is something he should be reprimanded for by the bar as by law if a client tells you they are in duress you have to file not-guilty or try have client evaluated and ask for new date. He worked literally 1 hr in court and wanted 7 thousand dollars and most importantly I'm completely innocent off the alleged crime and in fact suing. He is trying claim I paid for a "true" retainer which is not the case that's like for lawyers that drop everything and are on call solely for you. Similar to OJ he had several attorneys paid with full retainer. He is no Johnny Cochran he came to court unprepared, and flustered and really needs to held accountable.

Sadly reviews are true. I paid them 5 thousand to handle a simple misdemeanor and they failed at everything. Maybe they were good at one time or maybe just at traffic but they definitely did not care about my case. It would take sometimes over one week to get the lawyer assigned to case to call back.
