Called to make an inquiry about a worker's comp case who was answered nicely by the receptionist but when transferred to attorney he was apathetic and seem only interested in big cases. Thoroughly unimpressed with Jonathon Meltz representation. I had a simple traffic ticket that I needed taken care of and I reached out to this lawyer. He explained that he dealt with these cases many times before and most cases get thrown out without any penalty fees associated. Well I received an email stating that he went to court and the judge decided to apply a fine of $195. This amount was equivalent if not more than the original traffic ticket. When I try to reach out to gain more information from this lawyer he refuses to accept communication. This is a prime example of incompetent representation.
