I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way he conducts his business. I paid him 1200 to help me get child support dropped on my child who had quit school. After my own investigation with the school and child support I proved to child support with confirmation that my child quit school they closed my case . Basically paid him to lose my job and go to jail mr Barton never strayed away from the state recommended sentence but urged me to take a plea without negotiating for something on my behalf which is what you pay for the with a attorney I could’ve got the same outcome without his services. Considering I don’t have any prior convictions and never served time before I thought he’d have more leverage. He allowed the state to use a dismissed case from another state as a prior.

Told me what I needed to do beforehand so I had much of the courts requirements completed which was very helpful in the end of my catastrophe which, by the way, he changed my catastrophe into just a mild inconvenience but more importantly (to me) he kept me out of jail.
