Just a little back story- didn’t know I needed an attorney for the ticket I received until my second court date. Tried to hire a well known attorney who only communicated with me through text, refused to call me, stopped answering my messages, SO rude, and left me hanging 4 days before my court date. I was so upset and scared. Found this team online and Maria was SO helpful from the start. She gathered all my information, told me everything I needed to know and assured me the team would take great care of me, and so they did! I was expecting to go into court blindly, but Eric Tibbs called me within 20 minutes of speaking to Maria. Informed me of the entire process, the possible outcomes, and most importantly was very reassuring. He also kept in touch and reminded me of the court date 2 days before (thankfully). What should have been a way bigger deal got dropped down to a simple fine & a second chance. I don’t know what I would have done without Maria’s compassion and Eric’s hard work. Derek and his team are top notch, they were able to professionally navigate the court system and end result of what could have been major offenses was a dismissal and expungement from public record! As an overly anxious person Derek was extremely responsive and sensitive to my inquiries always answering with explanation in terms that we’re understandable and realistic - couldn’t have asked for better representation for my case! My husband Ricardo met with Ronald Batovski 18 months ago over a legal matter that we have never had to endeavor. Bob is amazing! I got pulled over and charged with DUI in July. I had never been in any sort of legal trouble in my entire life, and I was freaking out! From day 1, Bob took the time to walk me through the process step by step and reassure me everything was going to be okay. Bob is expensive compared to the competition, but he is worth every cent. There were errors on the police report that Bob not only identified and solved, but used to our advantage! He managed to get my additional charges tossed, got me supervision AND I can keep my license! I can't recommend him enough.

i hired fredo acosta to fight a class x arson with no evidence he never showed up to my court dates he only sent associates of his which had no clue what they were there for to begin with i was force to do 3 years he charged me 9,000 he was paid 6,000 and he was suppose to charge the rest from my bond cause i had bonded out in the biggining i paid 15,000 on my bond which was assigned to him cause i still owed him 3,000 and fredo ended up keeping all my bond money he stold from me never gave me a dime back becarefull people i will now sue him for my bond money

They lost all the papers for the process, played profesional till they got paid. Immigration officials said it was a very poor quality paper preparation the case was all over the place. All the work is done by the secretary and it’s the third one with in a year. Their versions did match with what the immigration officials said, take your business somewhere else this place is a waste of money .... They put you to do all the legal paperwork that they should be doing.... please please find another place (US immigration words)

The first you need an attorney, is always difficult. You are usually looking for answers, but the first question you truly need answered is, which attorney should I use? Robert S.
