I had two cases since 2018. I can attest that Coughlin Law Group is an incredible office to receive legal services from. This firm is so unlike my (admittedly minimal) experience of working with law firms, in that exchanges were relaxed, friendly, and easy. I needed an attorney to represent me for a theft case in the Boston area as well as some old 2007 bench warrants. After doing my research I decided to go with Attorney Joseph Simons. Let me be clear, I am so glad he represented me. Not only was he extremely professional and smart, he was empathetic and caring as well. He was readily available to help me through the legal process and I honestly felt at ease knowing he was my lawyer. Because of covid the cases were delayed for awhile but recently he secured me an amazing deal and I can't thank him enough. He's been practicing law in the area for years and has built impressive relationships with lots of Judges and D.A's which is important. Today by zoom everything was finalized and now finished, just what I needed! So to summarize and I really mean this, if you want a solid caring knowledgeable defense attorney to represent you in Boston and the surrounding areas, you need to call Joseph Simons. My experience with my Lawyer, Joesph Serpa was excellent he made me feel very comfortable when I first speak to him on phone. I called so many Lawyers and the public offender I was working with at the time wouldn’t answer any of my questions or explain to me what was going on with my case which causing a lot of Anxiety and stress. I was arrested on false charges of DV. Initially I was represented by a family friend but after my situation continued to head in the wrong direction I knew I needed someone who specializes in criminal defense cases. I did my research across several websites and review sites (like Google) and interviewed several of the top firms/attorneys on the list. Case Dismissed. Attorney Hubbard didn't just help me get a case dismissed, though, she helped me straighten myself out at the last minute when the State came calling. I hired Mr. Schneider for a case after he came highly referred by some of the best legal minds I know. They were not wrong in their evaluation. Mr. Schneider is not only a first rate lawyer, but a first rate human being.
