I am a colleague of Mr. Gower. If you want an attorney that believes in justice and that will fight for you, I would highly recommend this law office. When looking for an attorney, you want someone that knows the law in and out, someone who understands how the system works, and someone who will do their best to help you with your legal needs. Look no further. A tip from a fellow attorney to people who read reviews. Do you want discount heart surgery? Or a discount tattoo? I would imagine most people would say no. Trust me when I say, you don't want a discount attorney either. You want to pick based on ability, aptitude, and strength as your lawyer. Quality of the work also matters. I believe that Mr. Gower embodies all of the traits I have described above. Highly recommended.

There's no doubt why Gower Law has the biggest name in Bay City. When on one of the busiest days in the city. The day everyone waits for he had an emergency appointment with me. Gower has helped us more then once. The were very professional and unbiased. Gave us the facts and represented is in OUR best interest. Unfortunately I have had multiple lawyer s who did not. My family had a legal issue that required an attorney. Attorney Matthew Norwood did a great job at providing legal counseling and was able to have the legal charges reduced and the outcome were above expectations – well done Mr. Norwood. PS. His back office was also always very courteous. Whenever we had questions, she did a wonderful job answering our questions, and if she did not know the answers, her or Mr. Norwood were very timely in responding. Attorney Matthew Norwood and I go way back, almost 15 years or so, as he was the first attorney that took my case as a challenge and I felt he took it personal. Attorney Norwood over the years has always thought outside the box when it came to getting a felony off my record. I feel confident he will represent anyone to the best of his ability. With recent law changes in Michigan, Attorney Norwood was my first call and he remembered my case and the details after several years, and was finally able to relieve me of my felony after 22 years. It is no exaggeration whatsoever when I say that Mike Manley and his associates saved my life. I made a grave mistake which cost me pretty much everything: my job; my reputation; my income; my home and my marriage. Not to mention the long arm of the law. To say that things seemed hopeless would be a gross understatement. Yet, at the time of my first encounter with Mike Manley he already gave me a sense of reassurance. Throughout the subsequent nine months he and his colleagues had crafted a settlement to my case that I never even imagined was possible. Those nine months were a difficult time of waiting and uncertainty, made worse by numerous delays due to the courts closing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Nonetheless, I received regular updates from Christy, legal assistant at the firm and an absolute gem of a person, who kept me informed and never failed to provide kind words and encouragement every time we spoke. Mike and his colleagues are not only professionals (and damn good) at what they do, but they also genuinely care about their clients. There is a stigma out there, some predisposition among members of the public with regard to attorneys in general. Well, I can confidently say that none of those "things" apply to this firm. I was treated as a person, as someone they believed in. That is something one cannot put a price tag on. Unfortunately I've dealt with many lawyers thru my life but Bernard Jocuns was by far the best. He treated my case like it was one of his family members. I can't thank him enough for the amazing outcome of my case.He was able to plea bargain a felony manufacturing of marijuana down to a simple misdemeanor marijuana possession. Richard helped me with my drivers license restoration. I was denied the first time I went to a hearing because I didn't have an attorney and apparently didn't have my ducks in a row. The amount of disrespectful and unprofessional behavior from Marcie is absolutely unacceptable. At one point saying she couldn't work with me, if my wife listens to what she was rudely saying to me. Sending me messages that were meant to go to her friend. Just beware and I hope to God you don't have to experience what I went through. Scott Grabel is a great owner (I did get my license back) so can't down grade Scott's practice he is very friendly and outgoing just the one lawyer he has I would watch out getting.

I have used Attorney Doug Dern in the past for my wife's legal issues, the process was smooth and fast. He is vary reasonable on price and gets the job done. Mine was a "slip & fall" case, which is often thrown out by the judge due to lack of evidence. I had a significant injury which required emergency surgery and weeks of therapy to return function; my hand, however, remains deformed in appearance. An attorney I consulted in my town wasn't interested in taking it on. but he referred me to Mark Freedman, whom he knew to often be successful with these type of cases. I won't ever know if there were other attorneys out there that might have taken my case; not many, I'm sure. But, what I do know for certain is that I got the best. Mr. Freedman is a fine gentleman. He related to me with a warm, kind personality . Most compassionate and understanding. Most conscientious and honest. Most assuring and affirming. Clear communication about the process and what to expect. Stayed in regular contact throughout the pandemic, even when there was little to report. Easy to reach, quick to respond. What can I say about Mark After receiving four tickets, I decided it might be a good idea to get representation. Mark was on top of things from start to finish. He took what could have been a possible six months in jail, to a fine, and fifteen hours of community service. I was driving across M59 back in May. I was driving a bit too fast & unfortunately got caught up in a multi unit motorcycle speed trap being conducted by the MSP. Subsequently I received a speeding ticket for going 16 MPH over the speed limit. I’ve had a clean driving record for close to 10 years, so I obviously did not want any points or have my insurance go up. That being the case, I contacted Mark Freedman immediately after I received the ticket. Mark returned my call right away, he explained in great detail what could happen and the next steps in the process. While he didn’t guarantee me anything, he felt confident that a much more positive outcome could be reached by utilizing his services. Almost 2 months later, he contacted me saying that his negotiations with the prosecutor were successful. Not only did he get the 3 point moving violation that I was ticked for reduced, he got it totally dismissed. So zero points for me, my clean driving record remains intact and my insurance won’t go up! In the past, I have tried to fight several speeding tickets and was unsuccessful each and every time. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time trying to fight it alone. Call someone who knows exactly what to do and understands the local courts. That being said, I am 1000% satisfied with Mark Freedman’s work and will definitely recommend him to any of my friends who find themselves in a similar situation as I was in.
