I hired Matt to help me get my license restored after 2 drinking and driving convictions. I definitely wouldn't have been able to get it back without them. You have to do most of the work yourself but they give you a great play book to follow. If you need your license back this is the firm to hire. Every question I had was answered and I was prepped and ready for every hearing. Give them a call follow their advice and get your license back.

Mine was a "slip & fall" case, which is often thrown out by the judge due to lack of evidence. I had a significant injury which required emergency surgery and weeks of therapy to return function; my hand, however, remains deformed in appearance. An attorney I consulted in my town wasn't interested in taking it on. but he referred me to Mark Freedman, whom he knew to often be successful with these type of cases. I won't ever know if there were other attorneys out there that might have taken my case; not many, I'm sure. But, what I do know for certain is that I got the best. Mr. Freedman is a fine gentleman. He related to me with a warm, kind personality . Most compassionate and understanding. Most conscientious and honest. Most assuring and affirming. Clear communication about the process and what to expect. Stayed in regular contact throughout the pandemic, even when there was little to report. Easy to reach, quick to respond. What can I say about Mark After receiving four tickets, I decided it might be a good idea to get representation. Mark was on top of things from start to finish. He took what could have been a possible six months in jail, to a fine, and fifteen hours of community service. I was driving across M59 back in May. I was driving a bit too fast & unfortunately got caught up in a multi unit motorcycle speed trap being conducted by the MSP. Subsequently I received a speeding ticket for going 16 MPH over the speed limit. I’ve had a clean driving record for close to 10 years, so I obviously did not want any points or have my insurance go up. That being the case, I contacted Mark Freedman immediately after I received the ticket. Mark returned my call right away, he explained in great detail what could happen and the next steps in the process. While he didn’t guarantee me anything, he felt confident that a much more positive outcome could be reached by utilizing his services. Almost 2 months later, he contacted me saying that his negotiations with the prosecutor were successful. Not only did he get the 3 point moving violation that I was ticked for reduced, he got it totally dismissed. So zero points for me, my clean driving record remains intact and my insurance won’t go up! In the past, I have tried to fight several speeding tickets and was unsuccessful each and every time. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time trying to fight it alone. Call someone who knows exactly what to do and understands the local courts. That being said, I am 1000% satisfied with Mark Freedman’s work and will definitely recommend him to any of my friends who find themselves in a similar situation as I was in.

If anyone is looking for an amazing attorney and staff then look no further! Dave and his assistant Megan are exceptional! Dave was on it when I got a ticket for a car accident that was not my fault. He got the whole thing thrown out of court. Recently I reached out to him on a issue I was having with a dental place saying I owed a lot of money, yet they were actually the ones that owed me a refund. Once again, NOT let down by this firm. Always on point, in communication and so easy to talk to. Worst experience you could possibly ask for I had a case from 2012 that I was told would be no problem to wrap up and get me my license back,was told false promises the entire time. I live in a different state so I had paid up front before even seeing anyone from this office they lied to me and charged me another 3800 on top of the 5k I already gave them on top of that I did jail time and received two years of probation not to mention the hold that my home state put on my license for another 5 years thanks to the second conviction from a case that a public defender could of handled. If I could give minus stars I would. One case I was sitting in my car trying to call a cab and was given a owi. The lawyer I was appointed either quit or was fired in the middle of going to court and I was left to inform the new lawyer, I was given everything about my case, which she showed no concern or desire to help me. Long story short I've gone 9 years without my license for my stupidity and thanks to this office it will be twelve before I get it back. If you are looking for a good lawyer to get your back this isnt the one.
