I would recommend Attorney Kevin Bessant for your criminal case. He won my case. I was facing two felony charges of Intent to do Great Bodily Harm less than Murder (strangulation) and Felonious Assault. Attorney Bessant got me acquitted on both counts. To make a long story short, my brother filed a complaint with the State of Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission regarding Mr. Maurice Davis' unethical behavior. After reviewing his complaint , the Grievance Commission found in my brother's favor. Mr. Maurice Davis would now have to answer to the Attorney Grievance Commission. A public hearing was set for May/21. Mr. Maurice Davis retained an attorney to defend him , wise choice. Mr. Maurice Davis decided to return my brother's $15,000 in exchange for an admonishment, which is a finding of wrongdoing that does not lead to public discipline, another good choice for Mr. Maurice Davis. I noticed a recent post of five stars. I hope Mr. Davis has learned his lesson. KUDOS to the State of Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission.

Worst experience you could possibly ask for I had a case from 2012 that I was told would be no problem to wrap up and get me my license back,was told false promises the entire time. I live in a different state so I had paid up front before even seeing anyone from this office they lied to me and charged me another 3800 on top of the 5k I already gave them on top of that I did jail time and received two years of probation not to mention the hold that my home state put on my license for another 5 years thanks to the second conviction from a case that a public defender could of handled. If I could give minus stars I would. One case I was sitting in my car trying to call a cab and was given a owi. The lawyer I was appointed either quit or was fired in the middle of going to court and I was left to inform the new lawyer, I was given everything about my case, which she showed no concern or desire to help me. Long story short I've gone 9 years without my license for my stupidity and thanks to this office it will be twelve before I get it back. If you are looking for a good lawyer to get your back this isnt the one.
