Mr Fay is a fantastic attorney. I went to him after being falsely charged with a crime. He met with me for a free consultation, advised me as to the first steps I would need to take, explained the entire process to me, then asked that I take a few days to decide whether I wanted to retain him as my counsel. Andrew Banzhoff has been in charge of my case for about two years after having dealt with a previous associate of the firm that has since left their firm.
