My family has had David be out lawyer multiple times throughout the years and he is by far one of if not the best in Sampson county. And the workers in the office are super nice and affective at there jobs. 10-10 would recommend.

Without getting into too much detail I am reviewing to write that Mr. Hobson is excellent. His practice managed to get two charges dismissed on my behalf. Although I am not sure this is typical for all cases, I know that I chose the best representation in this county. He was always very professional in communication and his staff was always very courteous despite the fact that I had charges against me. Mr. Hobson took care of everything and I wasn’t required to travel to this county. I appreciate his hard work and obvious experience. Without a doubt, this is the best choice for legal representation in the area.

Unfortunately, life brought some difficult circumstances that required legal expertise. After consulting with multiple lawyers, I spoke with Attorney Dave Gross, and was immediately impressed with him. He actually seemed interested in the problem and the thing that struck me the most about him was that he has integrity. I was impressed with his insight into my situation after my consultation, so I agreed to meet with him. He seemed focused, professional, insightful, competent, and confident. After hiring him, he continued to impress me with each and every interaction, and we had a favorable outcome with our case. He was patient in explaining all of the legal-legal things, and incredibly easy to work with. I especially liked that he understands stress well, and he took over handling the pressure leaving me with some very simple instructions. His integrity was prevalent throughout the entire ordeal, and honestly, he shines in comparison to the other attorneys I spoke with in that aspect. I would like to say thank you to those who left reviews before me they were a huge help in deciding to retain Kevin with Roberts Law Group, I hope this review will be a help to someone looking to retain legal counsel as well. My first arrest, a felony charge! I had no idea what was happening in my life as a black woman and mother of 2 children, I was really worried about how this charge would impact not only my life but my children. Kevin and his time made me hopeful for the best in every phone call, email, and court. Friendly is an understatement, I feel like we really became friends especially his Paralegal Cailin. She was so nice, respectful, and prompt. If I were able to rate Kevin and his team more than a 5 Star i would. I got into some legal issues in varies counties and Kevin was able to get the results that i needed. Being that this was my first time dealing with the law. Kevin made me feel at ease in times where i felt stressed. Let me not forget about Cailin the office paralegal. Mr. Brinkley was the best lawyer I could ask for. Received 6 drug related felonies resulting from a setup of a controlled buy by an informant which was recorded on camera. I was expecting the worst outcome. Mr. Brinkley was very knowledgeable on the matter, and we met numerous times to listen to me and review over my case to fight the charges. He pushed with the DA many times to get the best possible deal, probation with felony discharge, which I did not think was possible. He was able to keep the case from going to jury, and was able to get the DA to accept the deal. After completion, he was able to expunge all my charges including previous charges from years ago on an unrelated case. Highly recommend Mr. Brinkley, he took time to consult me on my case during the process of turning myself in, before I had taken him on as my lawyer. I think he went above and beyond what most lawyers would have done, which I am extremely thankful for

Mr. Brinkley handled every aspect of my case and was great to work with. He was able to quickly get my misdemeanor dismissed before my court date. I believe his experience as a former assistant DA helped significantly with this. His fee very reasonable compared to other lawyers I consulted and included the expungement, which is getting processed right away.

Firstly, Mr. Brinkley was fair with me on pricing, I was going through a tough time and he accommodated me for whatever I could afford at the time. Whenever I called the Law office I was always gotten back to promptly. Mr. Brinkley represented me in a misdemeanor case, and he continued to show up to court even though it was continually being pushed back for various reasons. Through his diligence and legal direction I was able to get my case dismissed. I would highly recommend him!

Emailed this firm with some questions before hiring them. The office manager, Susan Iheanachor, told me she could not advise (not being an attorney) but told me "When you get some time, please give our office a call and we can have an attorney speak with you." I would have thought the correct move would be to pass my email to an attorney who could provide answers, but apparently that was too much trouble for her. There are too many law firms who are professional and responsive, no need to waste time with this poorly-run outfit. EDIT: Response to Kurtz & Blum (no Reply button?) I did not ask legal questions, and thus did not need to speak to an attorney. I Inquired about a simple process that required one filing and one court appearance. I've been too busy to do this myself, so wanted to get a ballpark figure of fees and a rough timeframe to complete from a pro. None of these actions require cracking a law book. If your office manager cannot provide rough costs and timeline for a simple service before speaking to an attorney about the specifics, then no, I won't be doing business with you. And I would advise others not to as well. PS: I don't understand your position. Why would you want to spend an attorney's valuable time speaking with someone who may not be able to afford the service? Letting the prospective client have an idea about approximate fees & time before speaking to an attorney seems like a good thing.

I want to thank Mr. Dement for helping me out with my DWI case. I was truly not very optimistic in my chances with my case, but on the day of my trial Mr. Dement vigorously argued in my favor that the officer did not have probable cause for my arrest. Mr. Dement was very detailed in his cross examination of the officer and posed great doubt that he did have probable cause for my arrest. Ultimately Mr. Dement was able to get my DWI charge dropped and I was responsible for his fees and the court costs. I truly appreciate his efforts in saving me from a DWI conviction and everything unfortunate that goes along with that conviction.

My family hired Brad Polk to represent me in a probation violation case from out of state. Brad was a terrific lawyer. He was responsive to my family’s phone calls and gave them updates about me. He also was very well prepared for court. He listened to me and asked lots of questions. I swear I could see him thinking and putting things together as I spoke. My case was dismissed and I went home. Brad and his team followed up with me days later. It was a great experience. I got into this mess because other lawyers didn’t want to take time to defend me they only spoke about deals, and took my money. Brad wasn’t like that. I should have hired him from the beginning, Lord only knows I lost and spent much more money taking a deal than I did hiring a good competent lawyer.
