Mistakes were made and had WE not notified this firm of THEIR mistake the matter would have gone unnoticed and trouble with NY police ticket ongoing with further charges. When we told them of mistake they told us it was our fault. NO they transcribed inaccurate letters in their file to police. Then time out of our workday was needed to show them their mistake!
