It seems like this guy doesn’t know how to dress, talk, prepare for trial or even answer a basic question. Or just doesn’t care to put in the effort maybe? I’m convinced his positive reviews are fake. Not a litigator from my perspective. From the first meeting with Mr. Jennings something didn’t feel right. I couldn’t help but form the opinion that he was the wrong attorney for a criminal case. In my opinion his speech impediment really hinders his performance. It seems that this man gathers info from clients and sides with the state attorney. You may have a better chance with a public defender. I paid him $3800 and this man withdrew from my case before trial. From my experience it appears that he has a biased perspective and apparently he does not like to cross examine police officers. Not a good combination when your freedom is on the line.

If I could give them a zero, I would. My attorney showed up late to two of my pretrials and didn’t show up to one. I had to keep pushing my trial back because he wasn’t there when the judge called me up. Humiliating. Poor communication between their clients. I felt like they didn’t care about me and it felt more like a lecture. They didn’t help me with anything. I ended up pleading guilty so that I could stop working with this attorney. I will never recommend Shane Jennings to anyone I know.
