Going through a divorce was one of the most difficult times in my life. I do not wish it upon anyone! Great DUI attorney used him before in 2007 on a DUI case with death, a semi truck ran a stop sign and I ended up hitting him and because I had alcohol in my system it was my fault, my best friend died in the hospital due to injuries. Mr. Ogata took over right away and pointed me in the right direction. People may consider this a part of the job. Maybe it was, but to me It gave me a sense of peace. He fought for me and literally saved my life. lastly what stood out to me was his willingness to work with me on a financial stand point. Things were hard during the Rona so I appreciated that. Garrett is good people. I will recommend him to everyone. ******5/17/2021 update****** Since the Rona was still going strong I never actually had a face to face with Mr. Ogata untill about 6:30p today. After the we got thru the all the professional Garrett lawyer stuff. I was able to meet Mr. Ogata the person. This man is such a genuine and humble human being. We shared a few laughs and hopefully I was able to share some advice of my life experience. When I say this my saved my life it wasn't only mine, but my kids and my ex wife as well. I can go on and on, but it was between him and I. Since I plan to continue the correct path I will not need him as my attorney, but I know have him as my friend.
