My dad was in a hurry to help me get out of jail and fight for this case that was unnecessary and wrongful, that’s when he found “Joey Gilbert Law”. They had the best reviews and seemed to cover what we needed. After I got bailed out, the next morning they met with us. They saw me panicking and told me that I will be just fine. They were very professional & reassuring and within the time of dealing with this case I never once showed up to court, they always represented me. I had no probation the whole time, no drug test’s, and had to only take 3 months of drug counseling with 6 months of no criminal activity. My case was then dismissed and they also appeared in court on my behalf for the dismissal. Carlos is a very good lawyer along with Roger O’ Donnell. They also refer you to places who will get you help along with making you re-think your actions. When this incident happened I was living with the girl who got me in trouble, spending all my money and had nothing to look forward too, I have hit rock bottom. Now I am making $22 an hour at my job and I’m a preventative maintenance technician with my own place and no roommates, and thriving with goals and ambitions to achieve working 24/7 12 hour shifts. They have really flipped my life around and I’m thankful for them, thankful for them showing the judge that I do deserve a second chance just like they saw the potential I had in me. I’m now a 19 year old female, and this happened when I was 18 and a half. I highly recommend this law firm, and if you call and ask for stuff no matter how busy they are they will always try to reply to you along with update you with any updates they have. Deciding to sign up with Joey was the best thing I could have done! Cindy greeted me with a fantastic attitude and helped me get a consultation right away with their immigration department. I was able to go in and meet with Cindy, Laura and Greta. They were able to explain to me the process of how my husband's case would go. I had previous consultations with different firms and none of them treated us with as much respect as the girls at Joey's did. Their prices are affordable and the fact that they're bilingual helped the process be so much more understandable.

I had Ken for a charge that I shouldn’t have been charged with. He gave me amazing advice before I decided to have him work on my case, he has always answered any questions I had with 100% honesty. I never had any issues getting in contact with him either, he’s always responded to all my calls and emails quite fast! He worked hard on my case and in return, got my charge lessened by quite a bit. If you need a lawyer that truly cares and is there for you and will be completely honest and transparent, I 110% recommended Ken!!!

Do not use this guy . I don’t know what experience you have had from him in the past but two of my family members tried his firm on petty crimes and wound up getting the maximum sentence . I don’t think a small larceny accounts for jail time , he promised he would get my cousin out of the ordeal and he is now serving 6 months !!!!! Do not use this guy he is only in it for the money , wish I would have gotten Any where near the quality work others said they got for there family members( fake accounts most likely ) . Better off with a public defender . ????

Ken Stover is the real deal! I recently had a case against me in Lyon County, I contacted Ken and set up an appointment. Not only was he factual and confronting he treats you like a human and has intelligent conversations about your case in detail. It is not in his office that you get to see what you get for your money, it is in the courtroom! watching him in the courtroom was a site to see, you will not be bullied into something you don't want nor will he force you to make a decision one way or the other, Very very Honorable and professional. He is a real nice guy in his office, he is even really nice in the court room but when he is defending you, he is very sharp, very well prepared and is ruthless in negotiating. I highly recommend anyone who is jammed up or thinks they are jammed up to call him!

I was arrested and charged with a felony charge,I was feeling scared,screwed,lost,until I went toJesse's office in Sparks,I was nervous wasn't sure what to expect from him, but when I met Jesse and I explained what had happened he asked me if I had told him everything,so there wouldn't be any surprises,he agreed to represent me,he told me he should be able to get the charges dropped,and within 60 days,Jesse called me the day before my Birthday with the best news ever under the circumstances told me all the charges were dropped. A month later I was blindsided and arrested again on felony charges, having already built a strong rapport with Jesse was the only thing that gave me and especially my wife any peace of mind while sitting in jail frustrated, and terrified. Knowing Jesse was in my corner gave me hope! My wife called him every day I was incarcerated and he helped guide her through the process, while never making her feel like she was a burden by any means. I was finally released and within two months he was able to get all of my charges dropped making me the happiest, most grateful man. Great DUI attorney used him before in 2007 on a DUI case with death, a semi truck ran a stop sign and I ended up hitting him and because I had alcohol in my system it was my fault, my best friend died in the hospital due to injuries. Garret got me a 2 to 5 on it and thank God that it worked out that way. I would of done more time if I had to because of my friend dying I feel responsible. Good parents showed up and didn't want me to go to prison but I had too since the charge. Now using him again and hopefully he can work his magic.

STOP???????????????????????? Please read. If you don't at least call Garrett to see if he can help in whatever your problem is. Well you're probably not that smart. I'm very thankful that I did. He was real A/F with me. I didn't get the used car salesman vibe. This is the first time in 41 yrs I have gotten myself into well what I consider it a big problem. Mr. Ogata took over right away and pointed me in the right direction. People may consider this a part of the job. Maybe it was, but to me It gave me a sense of peace. He fought for me and literally saved my life. lastly what stood out to me was his willingness to work with me on a financial stand point. Things were hard during the Rona so I appreciated that. Garrett is good people. I will recommend him to everyone. ******5/17/2021 update****** Since the Rona was still going strong I never actually had a face to face with Mr. Ogata untill about 6:30p today. After the we got thru the all the professional Garrett lawyer stuff. I was able to meet Mr. Ogata the person. This man is such a genuine and humble human being. We shared a few laughs and hopefully I was able to share some advice of my life experience. When I say this my saved my life it wasn't only mine, but my kids and my ex wife as well. I can go on and on, but it was between him and I. Since I plan to continue the correct path I will not need him as my attorney, but I know have him as my friend. As a first time customer to this law firm, I was pleased with the prompt response I received via emails and phone conversations during the processing of the traffic ticket. The fact that the firm represented my case, including in court representation during the ongoing pandemic issues, proves the effectiveness of the managerial ability of Jessica and her team. I called round a bunch of different places and so far my experience with this one has been head and shoulders above the rest. All the other places deliberately try to be so vague and evasive and refuse to give you a straight answer. I'm sorry but I'm not going to give you my money if you can't provide me with any guarantees or at least give me your success rate statistics! Anyway I finally called these guys and was shocked that they actually just gave me straightforward answers to my questions. I hired them on the spot and looking forward to seeing how things go in ticket court!

She then referred me to Chris Phillips, who is smart, and who explained clearly his opinion on a couple of angles in which I could resolve the issues I have pending in court. he lied to me and told me that he by law couldn't allow me to plead not guilty for a crime i was guilty for. and yes I understand if you're guilty you should have to do the time for the crime none the less i was lied to. i looked up the laws. I requested an evidence summons through him and I never received the evidence that was against me. there was really no evidence against me except for he said she said. had I been more well-informed on the actual laws that exist in our country by this lawyer I would have made different decisions.
