Its unfortunate I can only give 5 stars. Mr. Rosenberg deserves hundreds of them. It was 4 days before a hearing I required representation for when I contacted Mr. Rosenberg's office. He was attentive and knowledgeable from the start and kept me updated through his preparation process as well as retrieving a file from a court appointed attorney in no delay. I submitted an inquiry on David's website about a criminal case that could be filed against my Dad and he responded the same day despite the fact that we are currently in the middle of a pandemic and many businesses are closed. I want personally to thank David Levine and Monica. This was my first, and hopefully the last encounter with the legal system. I did not know who to turn to for advice. Our family friend, who is a corporate lawyer, recommended someone, but after speaking to this attorney, I did not feel confident going with that person. Naturally, I turned to google and found David Levine, the attorney at law. The google reviews were excellent but I was still hesitating to trust such a serious matter to the attorney from the search engine. In October 2017& june 2018 my life changed drastically. I would’ve never thought in 1 million years I would’ve been in the position that I was in. I was taken into central bookings 4 months pregnant. I was released with no bail. However my husband was not so lucky. Due to his past and previous arrest he had a bail set. We were both facing felony charges. Dmitriy is simply impeccable. I called in for a consultation about a very specific issue that I was having and had very limited knowledge about. He led me through the ins and outs of the entire process; maintained the most professional demeanor throughout and was very patient with me. Whatismore, he will turn away work if he thinks the issue is not ripe for an appeal. Craig Trainor has been representing me in New York County Criminal Court for over two years. The way he handled my case was excellent. It is hard not to notice that Craig has a real passion for law and enjoys litigation work and fighting the government at every turn to protect my interests. He is very knowledgeable and experienced lawyer who would not settle for any District Attorney offer that tried to railroad me but rather fought for my rights. When we went to trial, he was not at all discouraged by the judge who indirectly suggested that I should plead guilty before the trial started. In spite of that, Craig told me it was always my choice about what to do about a plea bargain but he advised we should proceed to trial, and he actually won the case! Instead of a high chance to get convicted of serious criminal offense, I walked out of the court room with an insignificant traffic violation...only because phenomenal work by Mr. Trainor. He is so dedicated to what he does that he always patiently answered my girlfriend's multiple questions about the law. I highly, highly recommend Craig Trainor as your lawyer for any personal injury lawsuits or litigation matters. When my daughter Grace was seven years old she was playing on the playground and fell off the monkey bars. The grounds were not maintained which made it difficult to land without injuring herself. Craig Trainor represented me in Manhattan criminal court when I was falsely arrested for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. My friends and I were causing no trouble, when a police captain approached us and asked us for ID (which I did not have on me). Instead of looking us up, we were arrested and charged with a crime.
