Charged us $7500 to retain.. James tyner refused bail for a client basically leaving him in jail until he was ready! Never returned calls or emails at all! A friend of mine had run into some really bad luck. While on his road trip to Albany, he was pulled over for speeding over 20 miles, in a work zone. FYI all fines for tickets in work zones are DOUBLED. If that wasn't enough bad fortune - the police officer also cited him for an Aggravated Unlicensed Operator ticket - mistakenly identifying him as someone else who had a suspended license. The Aggravated Unlicensed Operator is actually a criminal charge, and if not handled properly, even though my friend was innocent, he could have had his driving privileges revoked. Received a cell phone ticket in Bethlehem and true to their word, for $250, I received no points on my license. The fine was still levied, but this is New York and you have to pay to wake up in the morning here. They were a little late providing me with the results of the case and I had to seek them out to obtain a copy of the fine/paperwork. He answers all my questions, was always super responsive and gave me excellent help and advice through out the entire process(I had George for 2 cases with in the same year DWI/DRUG COURT). George was able to get me fair sentence and I could not be more happier with his service!!! Would recommend him to anyone.
