Omg so I’ve never witnessed a trial or been to one before until my friend Anthony unfortunately had to go threw one and I just wanna say how impressed I was with Brian and his team. April Campbell you are the bomb no lie you inspired me to want to become a lawyer but I could never even come close to reaching the level of professionalism and passion you have. The whole time I just sat there amazed and envious of you. It’s so empowering to watch a another women do something as hard as proving someone’s innocence in a murder case under so much pressure and you did it without breaking a sweat. I was guilty as hell, and Mr. Lipowicz got me the best possible outcome based on several mitigating factors in my case. No Jail! I think his professional relationship with the prosecutor was very helpful in securing a deal. He was always available to discuss my case, and he walked me through the process step by step. His fee was also very reasonable. If you get in trouble, I recommend hiring Mr. Lipowicz because he will leave no stone unturned planning a vigorous defense for you.

Anthony Vannoy represented my fiancé in a criminal trial in 2006 and was paid $27,000 and because of his ineffective assistance of counsel and working with the prosecution team my fiancé was sentenced to 51 years to life. Anthony Vannoy accepted a Nolle Prosequi entry dismissing charge 1 of the indictment ( the complete reason my fiance was served a search and arrest warrant) on the first day of his trial which affected their total defense strategy and Vannoy did not request a continuance or review of the Nolle Prosequi which by law RC 2941.33 must be held in an open court and show good cause for the dismissal of the charge which was never done. Vannoy advised my fiancé that he would just free style the case which ultimately caused an innocent man to be sentenced to life in prison. Anthony Vannoy deliberately filed all of my fiancé's motions late including his frank's motion and appeal. How does an attorney file an appeal motion late of all motions? My fiancé has never been granted an appeal in his case due to Anthony Vannoy ineffective assistance of counsel. Anthony Vannoy to this day has not done anything to rectify his wrong doing, beside write a sworn affidavit regarding his ineffective assistance of counsel. we are still fighting and seeking remedies to his ineffective assistance of counsel 17 years later. Mr. Kordalis is very professional, and has helped me the couple of times I have needed it. I chose him mainly because of his Google reviews, as to why I am leaving one myself to share my experience with him. Colin represented me on charges that I was facing which could have cost me $1000 in fines, possible 30 day jail time, and license suspension. He took time to listen and asked thoughtful questions about my story. I talked to over 10 lawyers to try and find the right one to represent me and I am really happy that I chose Colin. He was able to get charges dropped and the fine down to $50 plus court costs ($200 ish). Colin's representation fee was also very fair and on the lower end compared to a lot of the other lawyers that I had previously spoken to. I was able to reach him at any time via text, calling him, and via email. He is very responsive and it was a pleasure having him represent me. I hope to not require these services in the future, however if I ever would need them again, my number 1 choice would be Colin.

I hired Mr. Riddell after receiving a ticket in Columbus a few weeks ago. I am very pleased with the service he provided. He takes care of everything associated with your ticket for a very reasonable flat fee. I live about three hours from Columbus so the fee was actually cheaper than travelling and missing work. If you ever have any traffic related legal problems in Columbus Mr Riddell is the man to call. You will not regret it.

I received a Hazmat violation in Columbus on I-71. Googled, Hazmat Attorneys in Ohio and Attorney Riddell came highly recommended. This was my first offense and i was very nervous about how this may turn out and he assured me that all would be ok. He was very knowledgeable about the law and very understanding about truckers as if he has placed himself in our shoes with certain aspects of the law. He walked me through what actions we were going to take going forward with the case. Told me his goal and what he was seeking to achieve. And he did just what he said. No points against my CDL. Nothing on my record. I paid a small fine and im able to breathe again. I highly recommend Attorney Riddell!!
