I Recently got myself into a rough situation with the law. Was not sure how to go about this alone so I began searching for a lawyer to assist me with the case. David Is an amazing one of a kind lawyer!!! My fiancé was facing up to 10 yrs in prison for 16 counts - possible felony charges which included Theft in the 1st degree and several counts for Computer crime . David was able to allow our family to stay in TX throughout the case and commute for hearing dates. The offer from the DA was not hopeful offering 3 years in Washington co women's prison with no chance for early release. Everyone I spoke to pretty much would say she was going to have to serve time... long story short David and Carol worked so hard for an entire year and at the end of everything we won the case and she did not even serve 1 day in prison! Dear potential defendant, Ok where do I even begin? To say I owe this Trial Lawyer my life past, present and future would be the understatement of my life; which to state things lightly has consisted of more intentional mistakes than I care to admit...so I won't... ;-) Without David's intervention in a system plagued with hypocrisy and unfair practices, I'd likely still be buried under the Federal building or some God forsaken State Prison. This is one attorney that you can lay it all out for, in all it's splendor or ugliness, and he'll weed through the nonsense like a locust in a corn field! Don't get me wrong; he won't cross ethical boundaries (nor does any good attorney need to in order to still win), but if you want a real person that won't judge you, yet will still protect your interests, whether you're innocent or guilty as sin; this is your man. Period. I've seen David T McDonald turn the opposing side into helmet wearing, window licking simpletons just by knowing his trade and the law better than anyone else in the arena; and make no mistake, a courtroom IS an arena. Is he cheap? Nope, but like anyone who has ever paid for a real service knows; you get what you pay for, and after all, what is more valuable than one's time? Nothing, because you can't get it back; you can't buy it back or even steal it back. It's just gone. Besides, prison really sucks; trust me on that if you trust me on nothing else. This courtroom lawyer without a doubt can prevent your time and life from slipping into the black abyss of what is oddly referred to as the "Justice System". I hope this review aids in you deciding to arm yourself with a Tyrannosaurus Rex (I believe that's what the T in David's name stands for) chess piece who is unparalleled by any other across the board. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Neal to any of my friends and family. I found myself on the wrong side of the law in what turned out to be a very serious situation. I contacted several lawyers in the Portland Metro area and he was the easiest to talk to and the most sympathetic to my situation; not to mention his fees were MUCH more reasonable than many of the others. He is very approachable in the office and on the street in conversation but once he gets into the courtroom he switches gears. I never once saw him stutter or stumble on anything the DA or the judge had to say. He had a fluid response and a plan ready at every turn in the case. There is no doubt in my mind that his professionalism and knowledge in the courtroom was the reason the judge allowed me a civil compromise (even though according to the judge, my case was "not what the civil compromise statute was meant for"). The end result was excellent for me considering where I could have ended up. Thank you Neal, you saved my career, my life, and my future!

Brett Hall handled several complex cases for me, picked them up in the middle, years after they were filed. He managed to not only be impartial, but to present himself as a man of honor, integrity, and compassion with regard to ALL involved parties. His innate feel for the law led to several surprising bottom of the ninth dismissals after he found evidence (buried in my horribly organized piles of documents) that refuted the plaintiff’s arguments. He is NOT like any other lawyer I have ever met either. He likes people, wants to use his legal mind to find solutions and does not suffer fools. His compassion extends to both parties. If he believes his client should pay damages to a plaintiff, he will recommend that. As others stated, he is extremely reasonable re: his rates, possibly even charging too little!! Only negative is that he may have trouble delegating tasks to others, but that may be due to bad experiences he has had. I would love to see a gifted, ethical, paralegal or a receptionist find their way to his practice. He has restored my faith in the legal profession

A family member referred me to Thuemmel Uhle & Eder after I had been working with a lawyer for nearly 6 months who did absolutely nothing to support me in my case. I was in two different car accidents and as a student new to OR I didn't have consistent primary care, so my case was quite a mess. While my husband was biking to work, a truck pulled in front of him and caused a collision. He dealt with broken bones, a concussion, hearing loss, back and knee pain as a result of the crash. The trucking company's insurance company denied fault in the accident while we incurred a ton of medical bills. Thankfully, we called David Eder at Thuemmel Uhle & Eder. Eric Nicholson was indispensable in getting the best outcome for my case! It became quite apparent that had I not hired him as a lawyer I wouldn’t have gotten the outstanding results we did. I had two serious felony charges that could have resulted in high jail time, & high fines but Eric worked consistently with the DA to get me the best possible resolution & restitution. To be frank, the outcome is comparative to a slap on the wrist in my personal opinion. I believe it’s important to have a lawyer with a strong presence in this line of work, and Eric is anything short of well spoken & professional. His fees are quite reasonable as well considering the astounding service he provides compared to many lawyers in the Portland Metropolitan area, (believe me I would know, I spoke to 90% of them.) In my case, I was charged with a felony along with another person. Since this individual and I were charged on the same case- we both had to get separate attorneys. Plain and simple- Adam was able to get my charge dismissed and the other individuals attorney was not. It was solely because of Adams sheer persistence, perseverance, and ability to communicate and reason effectively that we got the best outcome for my case. I take that back, it was not solely those things- a huge part, yes, but I felt Adam truly went above and beyond because he knew how much this meant to me. I did not want to have a conviction on my record as I have a meaningful job and I made a mistake. I truly felt that he cared about how much this meant to me. Almost all the successful people I know in life possess similar qualities Adam has... but when you truly care - it is palpable. I'm just a little more unusual. I'm not a client, but Mr. Green was my client, so to speak. He asked me to do a legal examination on his client. I appreciated his ethical request for information without suggesting a result he wanted. He was thorough in his provision of medical records, very helpful with his cover letter and was very polite and congenial in our phone conversation following the examination.
