I can’t say enough great things about Gary Gerson Esq. My particular case was “odd”, to say the least. Atty. Gerson took it on EXTREMELY short notice, under circumstances that I’m sure, we’re challenging. He worked extremely hard, was extremely prepared, and defended me successfully. He saw the entire rest of the case through to the end and achieved an outcome for me that was nothing short of incredible. I would absolutely recommend this place in your time of need. They are professional and very proactive in making sure all your legal needs are met. When you have a question they are very responsive in getting back to you and making sure you fully understand what your facing no matter what your going through in life. So my case was nothing of a high profile standing but I had 7 charges 2 misdemeanors and 5 summary offensives fast forward 5 months, And before talking to Matt I was under the impression I would be spending some time in Jail and a bunch of fines.. this man rolls up and says " nah no jail, and tells me to go back to my truck" so no longer than 5 minutes later this man walks over to my truck and says 'Yeah everything is dropped and you have a little fine" literally wanted to hug this man because he just settled everything like it was nothing.. he's awesome and has an awesome down to earth attitude which is nice when you're stressed out.. I just got out of my hearing about an hr ago and it went better than I anticipated and much better than it could/would have been if it weren't for this law office. Although I know Samir( represented me) was just doing his job, I feel like he went above and beyond. He was so kind and patient. I know he could tell how nervous I was and instead of getting irritated or impatient with me, he kindly explained everything to me in a sense I understood and gave me much needed reassurance! Needless to say his actions definitely supported his reassurance! He was exceptional! I'm part of the "car community " and will absolutely be spreading the word of this law office and if possible Samir personally to anyone that may need his services! His secretary Ashley was really sweet and very courteous. She even sent out a reminder text! I highly recommend this law office and their services if you're in need. 5 stars! ⭐

Lyle and Erin were nothing short of professional, friendly, and comforting in every interaction from beginning to end. I was amazed with how quickly I was in and out of my hearing and with a very favorable resolution to an otherwise unfortunate situation. Attorney Cory Ricci represented my fiancé on a firearms charge and was VERY knowledgeable and straight forward. His strategies as a defense attorney are VERY well thought out and executed, he cared about every detail and we had the best outcome. The entire staff at Shrager Law were amazing! Responds quickly, answers questions, appears to care about clients. However huge rip off/waste of money for ARD eligible cases, do not bother paying for their representation- nothing will be gained, you'll just enter the program with more legal fees. Better off saving your money and entering the program without representation, since the court staff will walk you through everything all the same.

If you have a Commercial license DO NOT USE these people!! I have seen people be in car accidents and get their ticket dropped down to a non moving ticket.I made a wrong turn and side swiped a pole and they Lawyer was only able to get me a failure to obey traffic control device which is now on my DMV record..Do Not Use them if you have a CDL!!!! Karissa Murphy did a poor job!!!!!!!

I wish that I could give more than 5 stars, because 5 stars does not even begin to describe how absolutely wonderful (in every way) they were for my family. You cannot pay someone to care, but they do. Professional and yet compassionate, understanding and thorough. There aren't enough great things to be said, Robert Mielnicki was our representation and again there just are no words. So I suppose this review and a thank you again, is the only way I can begin! 11 out of 10 would recommend!

Attorney Muir is intelligent, compassionate, caring. He understands the laws and he helped us to understand the situation my son was in and the best way to proceed. He was incredibly accommodating to our questions and answered them honestly and efficiently. After we were at the Magistrates office, a situation regarding paperwork for my son’s work came up and we needed additional help. We were not sure if Attorney Muir would be able to help or not because it did not pertain to his area of law. He went out of his way, literally, he went to the Magistrates and Court House to get us the documents we needed so my son was able to get the clearances he needed for his work. He did not charge us any additional fees. Any phone calls we made to the office were answered or returned quickly. If you need an Attorney, I highly recommend Attorney Muir.

Great Representation!! From the first meeting to sentencing, the professionalism and communication was there. Both Attorney Muir and Associate Carrie listen to your concerns and follow through with their responsibilities for you. I always felt taken care of. From the beginning, they were adamantly recommended by a personal friend of mine. In his experience, he had every charge completely dropped in a past court case. After knowing this and meeting with Mr. Muir and Carrie, I was sure this was my team. In regards to my case, the preliminary hearing resulted in half of my charges dropped. On then the next court date, I was able to plea down to 4 Days in Jail, and 32 Days House arrest. Finally, the Sentencing Date came. I went into the Court House prepared for the jail time, but it didn't quite go down this way. Before you know it, their was some discrepancies in the District Attorney's Case, and subsequently only sentence to 10 Days house arrest. I couldn't believe it!! This was all due to the attention to detail by Attorney Muir. He was thinking on his feet and challenging the extent of the charges compared to the actual evidence they had. In short, I'm a free, very fortunate man that was represented the way we as civilians are supposed to be. -Thank you Mr. Muir, I recommend your services to anyone looking to be represented.

Honestly if your a colored student at Indiana University Of Pennsylvania. Your better off finding a lawyer that cares. My case could’ve been easily thrown out with no Probabtion time. He legit did not fight for me or made me feel comfortable only thing he cared about was my money. And if he will be paid now I’m still wondering if I could’ve made a better judgement in a lawyer!

Attorney Flower* (not 'Flowers' with a letter 'S') certainly was worth the 1500+ USD fees in The Land of the "You Get What You Pay For" & The Home of the "Plea Agreements". . . (-: However, as this is also The Land of the "Conflicts of Interest", which is invoked in place of "we prefer not to represent you again", (unless, ofc, you might be privileged enough to 'be in the good graces with' the right person/ people there . . . Either way, this Establishment's Offerings might be worth a try, for perhaps a one-shot deal, [ if you can afford the higher-than- most competitors in this field ] fees that frequently [ but Not Always ] have the best chance to obtain the most favorable outcome in Court for your unique situation.
