I not only recommend attorney Steve O. Gonzales, but I guarantee once you have used his firm you too will look no further. Steve and Kristina are both very knowledgeable, professional and kept me informed the entire time. The office staff was very professional, extremely helpful and helped me every step of the way. I sought Steve and Kristina because I was facing a second DWI. They are both knowledgeable, professional and definitely fights for their clients' rights. They kept me informed, went above and beyond to make sure I received the best option for me. They explained things to me for a better understanding and reassured me we were working in the right direction. I trusted both Steve and Kristina with my situation and am very pleased with the outcome. Was very impressed with this office, not only do you get a great lawyer to represent you but you get his wife who is amazing and the entire team at the office. Every time i had to call the office i got an answer to my question. Everytime i went into court, my Attorney was there on time, clean cut and ready to go when i would see others still waiting for their attorney to show up late and not ready. When you are looking for someone to represent you, don't just pick an Attorney, Pick a team to have your back and you will not find a better team in Brazoria County.

Dan is definitely the BEST there is! He’s amazing at what he does and guides you through every step and takes the time to answer any questions you have. Very knowledgeable. I had a panic attack one day and he literally walked me through it and calmed me down. I hate being in trouble EVER and I was wrongly accused of something. I literally don’t even have a speeding ticket on my record. I will always and forever use him if I ever need him and recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs a lawyer!

I wanna thank Dan Krieger for getting my charge dismissed. He's extremely good at what he does. I was thinking this case could have been reset over and over and become a long tedious process but my case was dismissed at the very first hearing. Julie, the paralegal is very responsive, friendly and professional as well. I have zero complaints. I don't ever anticipate having to deal with any situation like I did ever again, but if I did, he's the FIRST one I'm calling.

Tad Is the only lawyer that I have had.What I can say about Tad Nelson Is he is very straightforward, he is going to tell you possibly what could happen and what he hopes that he can do for you. And when I say. I mean straightforward the man is as straightforward as they come , Very professional, very persistent, and like I said he will shoot you straight and he will tell you what’s most likely going to happen! What I mean by that is if you do what he says, meaning you do what your court ordered and you take care Of your end of the deal, he is going to take care of his. If you’re the type of person that can’t go through with what the court has ordered you to do then I would say to save Tads time And yours .If you were going to be openly honest with your lawyer and the court system Tad Nelson is going to fight for you as the day is long. If you lie to him he can tell, if you’re honest with him you will probably get the outcome that you deserve not saying it’s going to be the best in everybody’s case or the one you want But you are going to get your moneys worth and an honest warrior/ lawyer !Tad Not only took care of my case, he basically save my life and got me my life back, got me my family back .If you wanna great lawyer I would pick Tad Nelson and his team ! If you want instant gratification I will save you the time by telling you you did the crime you can either pay the time or you could let him do his job and I can honestly say the outcome will come out better. I am extremely grateful for Tad and Amber. Even in the midst of covid and the courts being closed, they never stopped working on my case. A friend of mine suggested calling Tad's office after a horrible experience I was having with a different attorney. Hiring him was the best decision I made. Now I can move on with my life!! Ned Barnett represented me in a criminal case, and was instrumental in getting the charges dismissed. I found him to be very professional, and I was always treated with respect anytime I met with him. My court dates had to be reset several times, and each time Ned was there to handle the procedure. I also had contact with Carli Spence, and found her very pleasant and professional. My calls were always returned and my questions answered. I’ve read the reviews prior to me posting this, and I agree with them completely. Matt is a genuine human being with high skill in his trade. I feared I couldn’t afford the process, he worked with me. I feared I would lose my license, he worked for me to keep it, and had a back up plan if it hadn’t worked out. He is attentive and undistracted when reviewing the case with you in person, and never failed to timely respond to messages I sent. I had been warned by friends and family not to spend too much on a lawyer. Luckily, Matt is not only affordable, he is also highly effective. My case is now on its way to being dismissed, thanks to Matt and his knowledge.

Matt DeLuca gave me exactly what you would want out of a criminal defense retainer: reasonable price point, open communication, and competent representation. The details are different with every case, but Matt was the only lawyer who could have made such a positive representation on my behalf. I remained out of state as Matt appeared on my behalf in person. My case was handled competently and the legal counsel I was given was in accordance with how the case was eventually handled by Harris County. Matt was correct in his original assurances to me about the procedure and his relationships at the Harris County DA Office. Most importantly Matt was able to secure the outcome he has assured me based on the facts of my case: dismissal. Hiring Matt was the sole reason for the success of my case. The details of the developments of the case were made clear to me, as were the options along the way, and with the eventual dismissal, it was the perfect resolution to a wrongful case brought by the state. Let me tell you I had a dui charge with a minor under 15 which is a felony charge. I got a probation for two years my charge was a felony he got it down to a misdemeanor class B and all can say he is the BEST HANDS DOWNS I LOVE THEM THEY WORKED WITH me and the price was well worth it got my money spent if need a lawyer They are the best thank you once again =) I love y’all.!!!!!!!!
