Assigned an associate attorney (not Danford of whom we had hoped would defend my daughter) that we later learned only had received his Bar admissions in 2020, yet were led to believe that he had over 10 years under his belt. We felt like we were pulling teeth to get information. There was no counsel, but rather "here" is the discovery and "here" are your options (ie, trial by jury, trial by judge, etc). No recommendations (no counsel) as to a counter plea and no knowledge of history as to the outcomes of similar cases. We just didn't feel that the attorney had my daughter's best interest in mind. Attorney was subsequently terminated and found an attorney that meets our expectations.
