The staff is friendly and quick. They do an electronic portal that give you updates on your case. It did take a while to get it finalized, (a little over a year, might’ve been due to pandemic) but at the end my speeding ticket was dismissed and the lawyer handled everything without me having to appear in court. I wasn't satisfied with the end outcome. I hired Rob back in June 2020 I received a few calls and a few emails and never heard back after October 2020. I still have a Child Support case that never got changed or went to court for.
