Houston criminal defense lawyer Shamim Ebrahimi was the best of all the attorneys that I called. He was really fair with his pricing and even offered a payment plan. Trust was a big factor for me, and he made me feel comfortable from the beginning. With a lot of other criminal defense lawyers, I got the answering service of a secretary, but Shamim talked to me personally from beginning. He guided me through my drug charge and helped me understand the process. I'm glad I ended up hiring Shamim Ebrahimi as my Houston drug charge lawyer because he ended up getting my drug charge dismissed and then helped me get it expunged. I would recommend him because he's smart, reasonably priced, and really good at walking you through the process.

I researched a lot of Houston criminal defense lawyers. Shamim was the only one who talked to me personally from beginning to end. It didn't bother him that ask a lot of questions, and he walked me through my marijuana charge from beginning to end. He was really fair with his pricing and even offered a payment plan. I'm glad I ended up hiring Shamim Ebrahimi as my marijuana charge lawyer because he ended up getting my drug charge dismissed. He also helped me get it expunged like it never happened. Thanks to Houston Criminal Defense Lawyer Shamim Ebrahimi and the Law Practice of Shamim Ebrahimi, I can get my life back on track. The system will try to "help you," but that's all a lie. Hanging around the wrong people got me in trouble with the Police, but Shamim was able to highlight my innocence by showing the prosecution they were charging the wrong gal. Great service, reasonable prices, satisfied client. Now i can get an expunction.

Since getting my case dismissed I have gotten a car, gotten a new job with full benefits, And it’s in the dental field where they will help put me through school to pursue my career in becoming a dentist. I am extremely grateful for the hard work, dedication, and brilliance Ibrahim Khawaja put into getting my case dismissed. If not for him my life would have gone in a completely different direction. After 10 long months of going to court, constantly getting it reset and on the verge of giving up hope. My hopes are that you’ve taken the time to read my review of Mr. Khawaja. What this man did for my son was way beyond my expectations! I was completely filled with fear after my son was arrested for a felony charge along with a DUI. I’m telling you now, if you or your loved one has been charged with any type of crime this is the lawyer to hire! He got the felony completely dismissed along with no probation, no fine and only a few days in county jail for the DUI. I am being completely honest when I say don’t hire a different attorney, hire this man, he is absolutely amazing at his job and will shock you with his results. I am so grateful to him and want anyone and everyone else in the Houston area to not confuse themselves with the never-ending list of attorneys out there and call his office. You won’t regret it for one moment. I am so thankful for being referred to him and want others to know how competent he is. From the bottom of my heart thank you Mr. Khawaja, you saved my son from a 2-10 sentence in prison!

Mr. Khawaja was the best. I was very lucky to have come across him. As the other reviews suggest, Mr. Khawaja has nothing but the best interest for his clients and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the best outcome. I had a couple of hiccups with my case and he made sure that everything was squared away by the end. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Collin and his team are absolutely amazing, they care deeply about you and your case. They are very detailed and keep you updated on your case as often as possible. Ed Chernoff did what my husband and I thought would be impossible. Our son got into some serious trouble which left little hope of not ruining/changing his life for good. However when it was all said and done, he has a second chance to have a normal life with no conviction at all. I cannot thank Ed and Gina enough for helping him and giving him his life back. There’s not enough I can say about Mark and the work he did for my case. I looked him up, found him, and chose him based off of reviews, and he did not fail to prove every one of these correct. Not only is he very professional and skilled at what he does, but is also a very respectable, compassionate, and understanding man. One who I can say I can truly admire for the type man that he is. Not only did he treat me with the upmost respect and care, but also to pretty much anyone he ran into from my experience of walking through the courthouse with him. In the courtrooms he seemed well known and very respected and just being in there with him made me feel proud of who I chose to represent me. The outcome of my case was well beyond what I expected and definitely left me amazed. I pretty much thought I was done for, but I walked away with no jail time or probation, and instead with two dismissed cases and one time served for the night I spent in jail on the night of my arrest. I can definitely say that his work was worth every penny and for anyone who might be considering hiring him for your defense, I definitely recommend you choose to do so. You will not be disappointed. Mark is a great guy who is one of the smartest and most thoughtful people I have met in my life. Shahin Zamir is a wonderful attorney. I can’t stress this enough. He worked relentlessly to get my case dismissed. Other firms I talked to did not have much interest in my case. I got the feeling that I was just another client while discussing my case with them. They were only interested in discussing legal fees and gave me the feeling that they didn’t care what happened to me. Shahin is completely different. Shahin took the time to discuss my case in great detail and exhibited an actual interest in helping me prove my innocence. Not only is Shahin professional and hard working, but he knows the legal system very well and is an expert in his field. I couldn’t believe Shahin got my case dismissed without me having to step foot in the court during the entire process. He’s the best lawyer in Houston, hands down. My son caught a domestic violence case w/choking. It was his first offense. We retained Mr. Zamir to represent him. Justin did an excellent job on defending my son that took a year and a half before he was able to get a not guilty verdict. His case was reset 8 times and Justin took time out of his busy schedule to defend my son and follow up with him constantly, gave good advice to him and me, to be present the day my son testified. I also found out that his wife recently gave birth during my sons trial, but he stayed faithful in representing my son. Thanks Justin, it was a long process, but God prevailed and we were pleased to have you represent him. Be Blessed!

I greatly appreciate the dedication that Justin Harris put into working on my dwi case. He could have easily accepted the evidence against me put out by the state but instead, fought tooth and nail and eventually had the charge dismissed. Interviewed a few attorneys before hiring Julie. She was the only one that didn't seem scared of CPS. All of the others basically wanted me to do ANYTHING CPS asked even though their "requests & classes" were without merit. From my experience CPS wants everyone to mother one way & if you don't mother as CPS sees fit, then you have a target on your back. I'm thankful that Juile & Cheryl stood up for my rights as a woman & mother. I must stress if you are innocent of abuse or neglect of your child - YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY - CPS DOESN'T WANT TO HEAR THE TRUTH. With CPS you are guilty until proven innocent.

I highly recommend Hedlesten to all of the fathers looking for an attorney for their ex. Hedlesten will spend countless tireless hours billing his clients with redundant discovery that will eventually break their bank. If you're a business owner, he is also extremely proficient at knowing absolutely nothing about how companies are operated, accounting & finance, business law, how taxes are calculated much less reported, how payroll works, or really anything that has to do with math. Fathers this is a miracle attorney for you to recommend to your ex, as he will bumble his way through the case until he has made it evident to everyone that he has no case at all. If you're lucky, you will be able to testify on the stand with him as he proves over and over how lucky you are that your ex has chosen him, all while irritating the judge with a performance that will have you holding back the laughter and glee. You will have a 3-ring circus to watch that eventually caves on its own incompetence when your ex chooses Hedlesten. I give him 5-Stars for the show and hope you're lucky enough to oppose him.

Julie Ketterman was my attorney. She was excellent in helping me get custody of my grand daughter after CPS was involved. I would highly recommend her for any child custody case.
