I was told to call this law firm by a friend and they didn't let me down. Tad's a knowledgeable attorney that gets things done. He handles business. I've worked with lawyers before in business and on personal matters and Tad always seems full of energy, responsive, and very confident. After the wonders he worked with our situation, I can see why he's so confident and has the great reputation he has in town. Jessica took a case for me and did a phenomenal job, it’s amazing how much she pays attention to detail and goes through every single thing with a fine toothed comb. Tad Is the only lawyer that I have had.What I can say about Tad Nelson Is he is very straightforward, he is going to tell you possibly what could happen and what he hopes that he can do for you. And when I say. I mean straightforward the man is as straightforward as they come , Very professional, very persistent, and like I said he will shoot you straight and he will tell you what’s most likely going to happen! What I mean by that is if you do what he says, meaning you do what your court ordered and you take care Of your end of the deal, he is going to take care of his. If you’re the type of person that can’t go through with what the court has ordered you to do then I would say to save Tads time And yours .If you were going to be openly honest with your lawyer and the court system Tad Nelson is going to fight for you as the day is long. If you lie to him he can tell, if you’re honest with him you will probably get the outcome that you deserve not saying it’s going to be the best in everybody’s case or the one you want But you are going to get your moneys worth and an honest warrior/ lawyer !Tad Not only took care of my case, he basically save my life and got me my life back, got me my family back .If you wanna great lawyer I would pick Tad Nelson and his team ! If you want instant gratification I will save you the time by telling you you did the crime you can either pay the time or you could let him do his job and I can honestly say the outcome will come out better. Tad I want to thank you , and your staff for doing everything in your power to help me out through this ordeal . I am extremely grateful for Tad and Amber. Even in the midst of covid and the courts being closed, they never stopped working on my case. A friend of mine suggested calling Tad's office after a horrible experience I was having with a different attorney. Hiring him was the best decision I made. Now I can move on with my life!! Dan is definitely the BEST there is! He’s amazing at what he does and guides you through every step and takes the time to answer any questions you have. Very knowledgeable. I had a panic attack one day and he literally walked me through it and calmed me down. I hate being in trouble EVER and I was wrongly accused of something. I literally don’t even have a speeding ticket on my record. I will always and forever use him if I ever need him and recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs a lawyer!

I wanna thank Dan Krieger for getting my charge dismissed. He's extremely good at what he does. I was thinking this case could have been reset over and over and become a long tedious process but my case was dismissed at the very first hearing. Julie, the paralegal is very responsive, friendly and professional as well. I have zero complaints. I don't ever anticipate having to deal with any situation like I did ever again, but if I did, he's the FIRST one I'm calling.

Tried to set up just a consultation. Whomever answered was very annoyed, said soonest time would be a mont from now, even though husband just filed and we have less than 18 days for first hearing. Wouldn’t offer to help at all.

Let me tell you I had a dui charge with a minor under 15 which is a felony charge. I got a probation for two years my charge was a felony he got it down to a misdemeanor class B and all can say he is the BEST HANDS DOWNS I LOVE THEM THEY WORKED WITH me and the price was well worth it got my money spent if need a lawyer They are the best thank you once again =) I love y’all.!!!!!!!!

Dustan Neyland has personalized license plates on his BMW – an abbreviated notation of “Not Guilty.” That is the confidence you get when you hire Dustan Neyland. Sums it all up right there. Dustan knows the law and how to protect your rights. Dustan always had time to meet with me at his office. There were several times that I was very concerned and Dustan put me at ease by inviting me to his office to discuss it. Dustan always responded to my texts and emails. Dustan is always well dressed and punctual to court. I think Dustan’s best trait is his extremely likeable personality. Dustan is the kind of guy that you want to be friends with. As far as his legal expertise, Dustan has a brilliant mind. Extremely knowledgeable about the criminal law in the State of Texas. We never went to trial. I’m super happy that Dustan got the DA’s office to dismiss the charge. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I made a great decision hiring Dustan Neyland last April (2019) based on his AVVO reviews. I had very little time to interview multiple attorneys. My ex had filed a Class 3 Felony Child Endangerment charge against me and Precinct 4 Constables were hunting me down like I was El Chapo. I won custody of my son back in 2016. My ex claimed that I had left bruises on my son, while disciplining him with a belt. She lied to Precinct 4 constables and the DA accepted the charge. The truth is that my son fell on his mountain bike playing with two friends at the elementary school on the weekend. The boys had also been playing a game of spider. I noticed the bruises Sunday night (April 14, 2019). I disciplined my son the following Tuesday night. I dropped my son off at school on Thursday morning (before Good Friday 2019), and that night his mother sent me emails asking how my son got the horrible bruises. I explained to her 4 times that he fell on his mountain bike. The following Monday, I had a warrant out for my arrest. My ex would not return my son to me. I never thought that my ex could lie to the police to get false charges accepted against me by the DA’s office. Precinct 4 never contacted me to ask what happened. My ex kept my son away from me starting Good Friday 2019 up until July 2019. Then she filed in family court asking for sole custody of my son based on the family violence charge in criminal court. I had Dustan representing me in criminal court and 2 family attorneys representing me in family court. Dustan arranged a poly graph test and put together an excellent Grand Jury packet. The Grand Jury indicted me on the felony charge (October 2019). To quote “Bonfire of the Vanities” - "a grand jury would 'indict a ham sandwich,' if that's what you wanted." Dustan communicated with the DA on the case, who agreed to speak with the therapist, and also interview my son. We tried to schedule the interview with the child during Spring Break (March 2020) and then in April 2020. However, the pandemic hit. The DA’s offices were closed most of the summer. Dustan scheduled a zoom conference between my son and the DA on October 22nd. My ex tried to manipulate my son by telling him that he could go to Juvie if he told the truth to the DA. Dustan checked with the DA the day before the meeting, and the current DA (6th one on the case) found notes from the previous DA (5th DA on the case). The 5th DA had spoken to my son in April 2020 (on his mother’s cell phone). Dustan also sent the DA’s office the transcripts from the psychiatrist’s testimony in family court (June 2020). Dustan asked the DA to dismiss the charges based on their notes from the interview with the child or set for trial. We had a hearing on October 26th, and it was reset for Nov 12th. The DA needed time to review the case. The charge was dismissed on November 12 – “State cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt.” Thank you, Dustan Neyland (AKA the criminal defense attorney who gets “Not Guilty” verdicts).

If I could leave a 10 star review I would. Brian went above and beyond for our family and I couldn't be happier with his services. Brian takes the time to review every case detail and he will not let any detail slip through the cracks. He will defend you like you are his own family. Brian is extremely professional and you can tell how resepcted he is in the court house by his interactions with those involved in your case. Not only is Brian a phenomenal attorney he also has an amazing assistant Chrissy. They are an amazing team and I would recommend them without a doubt. After requesting a consultation regarding an assault citation. I recieved a call from this attorneys assistant letting me know they do not handle all assault charges and they definitely don't handle Class C misdemeanors so if you're not charged with a more serious crime, don't waste your time. She did give me the the phone number of another attorney though so there's that. Is three stars enough for you or would you like to use more public ridicule,to see if you can get me to give you more stars for,again, not being willing or able to provide legal counsel?

Ned Barnett represented me in a criminal case, and was instrumental in getting the charges dismissed. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY. He’ll act like he cares enough to get your money then will do the worst job ever. We doesn’t show up on time and has been complete absent without notice. Then the following court date we literally stood in front of the judge and he said, “your honor we have nothing”. Are you kidding?! Waste of time and money!

I used this law office to try to get a traffic violation dismissed and between all of the misunderstandings it was the worst experience. When I first contacted Mr. Garcia about my case he was very polite and reassuring. He stated his fees were $105 if I remember correctly and he also stated that I would not have to show up to court which was one of my main reasons for seeking a lawyer, so I paid for his services. I hadn't heard from him or anyone from his office after my court date, so I thought everything was done with. Fast forward 7 months later and I get a phone call from his office saying I would have to appear in court in 2 weeks. The person who called stated that if I did not want to show up to court there would be a another fee. I just assumed there was some misunderstanding on my end from the first conversation I had with Mr. Garcia when he assured me I would not have to appear. Anyway long story short, I show up for my court date. He had 2 people from his office representing on his behalf. It seems as if they had almost NO experience whatsoever. After 3.5 hours of sitting in the court room they were able to lower my ticket by $25. So I spent $105 to save myself $25. I'll do my research before seeking representation next time.
