I had to get a lawyer in a hurry and after a week of talking with a few I was so discouraged. None seemed right. One of the oldest firms in town sounded fake, another one with over 100 reviews made me feel I was just a number. I prayed hard for God to show me a good attorney who wouldn't take advantage of me financially or play me. Out of desperation I stayed up late at night to really dig in and search for someone HONEST. Bingo! Found this Dave White guy. A lot of great reviews, looked honest enough, but probably too good to be true. I called him the next day and after conversing with him, I told him I didn't even need to meet him, just get the ball rolling and fast. That's how sure I had an honest, intelligent, competent attorney. He still suggested the meeting and I am glad he did. He jumped right on it while I was sitting in front of him started working on my case! I got even a better read after that and walked out knowing he was a good person and more importantly, competent. He's a type A like me and driven. Just an overall good gut feeling. Well, let me tell you, he exceeded my expectations in every way possible. He was available, responded to my emails/texts/calls same day or next day, is very intelligent and patient on my bad days when worry overtook me and I was bombing him with texts and most important of all, I knew I was in good hands. He was able to get a meeting with the new DA and prosecuting attorney "their way", get a rejection decision on my case immediately after the meeting, filed for my expungement the day after my rejection letter was signed. From start to finish it took 6 mos. He is a trustworthy, good person and I highly recommend him. His office secretary is very pleasant to deal with also. I feel very blessed God lead me to this lawyer.

It's the new year and I'm able to ring in the new year with my closest loved ones. I'm even able to celebrate the start of a new family. All of this was thanks to the hard work of Hines & Ranc. Every other lawyer was convinced I'd have to bite the bullet. Bill Hines showed up at my doorstep when I was in need and were focused at restoring my future when I was facing a sentence that would keep me locked up for possibly 40+ years. They worked diligently and when I wanted more, though it looked impossible, they fought and got more. Law is complicated and at the end of the day the outcome may not be perfect, but thank God for people who understand the gravity and weight of their work. Also, let me mention I was a poor kid who barely had enough money to his name, they worked with me to figure out how I could afford their services. Of course money is a must to be able to pay for their services, but that was the last thing on their minds, they wanted to restore my future because they saw that it was worth saving. Chris was EXTREMELY helpful, diligent and amazing with helping my partner get through what could have been a long drawn out DWI process. Long story short, his case was no longer even active because it was so old. Chris researched his case, went to the judge and asked what possible outcomes we could expect. He came back with our options and explained the entire thing. Never did he pressure us into any decisions and only made recommendations. He quickly got the warrant lifted so his license could be re-instated. He told us exactly what we could be doing for the best possible outcome. We came to him in late January and we had the entire cleared up, warrant gone and probation discharged by May. Had we not had things to clear up on our end I know Chris could have taken care of it even faster. He was very responsive, attentive and did everything he could to guarantee the very best outcome. He did more than we expected and got us more than we expected. I cannot say enough about how great this firm is. Don't let their small office fool you. They have been doing this a long time and are absolutely wonderful!

I recently had a possible situation arise so today I started seeking an attorney. I contacted several, but have heard nothing from any of the other attorneys. Mr. Gorski called me and reassured me that the probability of me having anything to worry about was minimal. We spoke on the phone for around 20 minutes, and he answered all my questions.. It was refreshing to speak to an attorney that actually seems to care! I must say it was a pleasure speaking with him. I acquired services with the Law office of Jackson F Gorski less than a month ago. It was the first time I needed the aid of a lawyer. I am so not the type to leave any kind of review. Specially, do not like to write NEGARIVE reviews but some are just needed. All I am going to say is, DON'T believe the promising speech they give you at your consultation because it's a LIE. Of course, no lawyer can guarantee you results but don't over promise anything you can't deliver. First, let me tell you a little bit about the situation. I already had a lawyer who was trying her best to get me the results I need. Unfortunately, we were stuck in a time loop for months since the prosecutor wasn't denying nor approving what we needed. All she kept telling me was that we had to wait until they agreed to our terms. I waited for a year. That's when I decided to hire "THE BEST". With all evidence handed to them, I specifically asked the time frame in which my case would be settled and they said 6 months. I hired them August 2020 (covid already) and they said it would be resolved by end of year 2020. We are now in June of 2021 and as the months have gone by I've heard less and less from my lawyer. If I don't reach out they never call, email, text or anything. I've been expressing my frustration to them since February and every time I get promised better communication but never hear from them when they say they are. I always have to email or call which I swear, makes me feel like I'm harrasing them. I hired them so I would have to keep waiting and here I am almost a year later knowing the same thing I did back in August, NOTHING. I tried to email Mr. Dunham a few months ago, who was actually the one that made all promises at my consultation, I WAS IGNORED. I expressed to him my frustration about the lack of communication and results and I never heard back. I had to call to speak to him which he then just referred me back to my lawyer and did nothing about it. Over all so REGRET my decision in hiring them. I should of just stuck with my previous lawyer who would at least communicate with me and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Today I emailed once again, guess what? NEVER HEARD BACK! Even though I was suppose to hear from them yesterday!

Met with Mr Dunham. Told me it would be 7.5k and he would "negotiate" my DWI down to nothing. I asked him if he could do 5k. No problem. For him. He sent one of his people to court instead. Guess 5k wasn't enough to get his attention. His person was fresh out of law school. Did nothing for me other than explain to me how court was going to go. In other words, I have no idea how Dunham and Jones are as DUI attorneys. I didn't pay what they asked so they sent me someone fresh out of law school instead. Nice fellow, but if I spend 5K I don't expect someone fresh out of college. I could have easily spent half the money and ended up with the same results.

Update from 1st post! Attorney Robert Keates has done an impeccable job, in successfully having the GPS monitor and conditions off! His first day in court for my case. I won’t go into Detail, until case is dismissed. Robert Keates is a man of action! He does what he says he will and keeps you up to date! Just to fill you in, this was all last minute preparation, I supplied him the ammo for his arsenal to make sure he would achieve his goal, and in 30 minutes, my life went back on track and my family can now be cared for . Mind you, the info I supplied proved to hold the weight to tip the courts scale in our favor! If you have a case, supply your attorney with as much as possible, it may prove Priceless! Don’t send an attorney without ammo that it leaves him at the mercy of the courts! Robert took 30 minutes to do what other Lawyers claimed otherwise!
