Having been hurting from the accident having been frustrated with the cooperation of the vehicle having gotten the runaround having to repeat myself in the pain that I meant in and continue to being I didn't appreciate that I had to repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat. It hurt when I talk it hurt when I breathe from the accident and I had a hard time getting that was repeating the same story over and over again. They have me so frustrated to the point I lost my temper because they weren't paying attention and they were pretending to work and make themselves look good in front of whoever they were impressive to make them seem to do on their job when they weren't helping me at all. But yet their website speaks of how great they did a good job on previous clients. I don't know if that was a front but I was trying to communicate to them in my discomfort my situation and it was impossible and very annoying. They need better communication skills would be helpful. They're busy saying how can I help you I kept getting cut off when I tried to explain to them what I needed help with. Don't ask somebody when they can help you with if you're not going to take your time to listen to what I have to say that just escalated to another level. They made me go already and want to get off I don't want to talk to anybody the way I did but they pushed me. I wish I could have had a better conversation with them cuz that's not where I wanted to go. I hope the people that run with little friend will consider retraining their self on how to get them to listen when a prospective client needs to talk.
