I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and service provided by Scott. He knows his stuff, has a fair and reasonable fee structure, and kept me informed every step of the way. I emailed Scott after receiving a ticket. He promptly followed up with a phone call to discuss my situation, and he agreed to help fight the ticket. Scott's legal service was extremely helpful. I received a letter in the mail from him shortly after I received my traffic infraction. I was initially shocked because I wondered how he knew I received a ticket. So, I called him and he returned my call within a couple of hours, answered all my questions and shared how he could help me with potentially getting my ticket dismissed. I sent him the information he requested. He followed up with me once he received the report filed for my speeding ticket and let me know that things appeared to be in my favor to get the ticket dismissed. A few weeks later he notified me about a court date a few weeks later and let me know that I didn't have to appear in court because he would represent me. A month or so later he notified me that my speeding ticket was dismissed. His services were definitely worth it to avoid a hit on my driving record and unnecessary increase to my insurance had the ticket not been dismissed. Scott is very communicative. You don’t have to call and ask questions, he usually informs you of what’s going before you even get a chance! He has a flat fee (even charged me the same once for a ticket with multiple violations and got all three dropped) and has a refund policy w no dismissal (atleast for the speeding) . I’ve used him multiple times and never had that issue though. Best part is you don’t deal with the court and you don’t show up to court. Sometimes the fee is more expensive than the ticket but it’s worth it to skip court, keep the speeding ticket of your record, and keep your insurance price from increasing.

I'm in Thurston County. I was accused of speeding and engaged Garguile Law to represent me. From start to finish they represented me professionally, courteously and efficiently. Government vs Jocelyn Stewart When you are going against the government, you will need someone on your side that will fight on your behalf every step of the way. I have 19 years in the military, and I found myself in trouble which is all my fault. The government wanted to take all my retirement and VA benefits away by giving me an Other Than Honorable Discharge. I did not know who to ask for help other than my military-appointed attorney. I want to start off with saying what a great job Beckwith Law did in facilitating such good attorneys for my case. Jenna Henderson handled my case and she was simply amazing, patient, kind, explained things very thoroughly, she was very wise and and sympathetic in handling my case. She was able to drop all of my other charges and fees, for a total of 5 ( Modified exhaust, Failure to transfer title, speeding 60 in a 30, DUI, expired tabs) and that left me with 1 single charge and she got my fees reduced and my payment plan pushed out months. It went fantastic ???? Just pay attention and do exactly what they say. Follow up on classes and find what you can in evidence that pertains to your case. To my pleasant surprise, Teresa asked me about my story, and how I ended up in the situation I was in. This left no doubt that she truly saw me as a person and not just another case. James: my email was clear and concise: I couldn’t open your attachments and I needed your number. Instead of responding to that one sentence email I get this response. So I need you to focus on this case, and this case only, when you and I communicate. If you can’t focus, I’m going to have to have Western State Hospital look at you again. Remember, this about the incident that I represent you on. I know you don’t want me to ask WSH to look at you again, but if you can’t focus then I’ll have no choice. I can only help you on the situation I have, nothing else. I’m not saying that you don’t have the experiences or feelings you have, what I’m saying is that I’d you let those feeling intrude on your ability to help me on your case, my hands are tied. Can you do that? So my question was: do you have a number I can call you on? I am working on opening the attachment but haven’t been able to do that yet.... . next emai from deric smith.. I will be asking for an evaluation pursuant to RCW 10.77 at the next hearing. I do not believe in your current state of mind that you can assist me nor do I believe that you can represent yourself. If, as you think, an attorney would be willing to take this case, you are free to retain one. And you certainly can address the issue with the court, show the court whatever you feel is appropriate, and see if the judge will side with you. I just want to be open with you and let you know my position based on the email communication thus far. Do you understand? This is how Derrick Smith response two clients concerns about issues on a case that were overlooked. Those were the two responses I got back from him mister Smith after give them some very pertinent information on the case at hand. If he doesn't want to involve himself in a case that may be a little over his his intelligence level did I would suggest to not take it. But to threaten me his client with a psych evaluation like that is the most unprofessional, cowardly, way to act as a lawyer.
