I wanted to share my personal experience with this law firm: Looking for legal representation this law firm was recommended. In 2008, I was going through a contentious divorce and custody dispute. From the moment I met Shannon, she was professional and paid attention to details in my case. We sat and discussed my concerns and she listened to me. She was very knowledgeable in family law and if she did not have the answer, she would do the research and get back to me in a timely manner. She is self-motivated, and I could tell she takes great pride in her cases. We know being a family lawyer is rough to begin with; you cannot have unreasonable goals in a divorce and custody case. But I know I did the right thing by using this firm because I never felt like my lawyer didn’t have my back. Again in 2019, I had another issue arise involving this same case. I reached out to Shannon again for legal representation. She has not changed when it comes to how efficiently she handles her cases. She was again professional, paid attention to detail, and worked very hard to represent the case. I cannot express enough the gratitude and appreciation I have for both Jo Anna and Lynn. After a long, grueling divorce process I can honestly say that Jo Anna and Lynn were there for me every step of the way. They are very direct and give you the facts so leave your feelings at the door because you might have to hear some things you don't want to hear. However, they are very empathetic and supportive. Example: During mediation it started out very rough. Jo Anna kept it real with me and told me the pros and cons with going to court. One of the many things I love about her though, is once I said that I didn't care about all of that let's go to war, she busted out her notebook and said lets got to war then! She started prepping for court right in the middle of mediation but thankfully my case was able to settle without having to step inside a courtroom. My ultimate goal was to get split time with my kids due to my ex keeping them away from me amongst other things and as expected that's exactly what I got. I can't speak for anyone else, but I promise you Jo Anna and Lynn are the two people you want in your corner. Definitely using them again when the time comes again. Thank you!

This was the worst attorney I have ever had so called “represent me”! Mrs. Parker only cares about the father’s roll in custody cases, no matter which side she represents!! If you need to keep your child safe then this is definitely not the attorney for you! She talks a huge game about court but will take you to mediation and tell you this is all the courts will do for you! She is a joke! Her receptionist, Lynn, is a nightmare! She lies almost as much as my ex husband! I will be re-evaluating my case in another court of law. Good luck getting her to respond after you hire her, too. They will go to any length to collect your money then not even care if you get child support! There are so many other attorney’s out there that care about their clients! Save your money!

I will forever be grateful to Mrs. Parker. She helped me on a custody battle and thanks to her I now have more time with my daughter and more!! She was always upfront and always gave me her most honest advice. We didn't have to go to court because we settle during mediation thanks to her and her advice. Even when i thought some things were my only option she always fought for me and told me "No Juan that's not your only option, we're not going to agree with that and if we have to go to court then we will go to court" That gave me so much confidence and we ended up getting more than what we asked for. Ginger poynter was going to charge me 1200 for a uncontested divorce. I went to attorney tom monk he only charged me 487 for a uncontested divorce. I would not recommend Ginger Poynter to anyone.

Judge B is the absolute BEST attorney EVER! He is extremely fair, honest, caring and has outstanding morals that is rarely seen in the world we live in today. He expects a lot of you, but only to provide him with the tools he needs to fully do his job, which he has mastered. Every request he makes has it's specific reason. You will never go in a courtroom unprepared with this man. He wants the best for you and truly puts your needs as his first priority.
