Melissa was absolutely fantastic! Super professional, honest, and great at what she does. I had a 1h consultation with her that didn’t last anything near the whole hour (as my case was relatively simple) and she went out of her way to help me via email when I had further questions throughout the process. I was referred to Melissa Kleminski-Bower by a dear friend and have had to retain her twice for child custody/parenting time. She's a very experienced attorney with impressive skills and knowledge taking both of my cases to victory. She's very quick to respond, detailed and her advice is always solid even if it's hard to hear. She's able to explain guidance in ways a non-expert can understand. My case was very complicated with massive amounts of evidence presented and she helped me the whole way and nailed it all in Trial. She even got me awarded attorney fees. We were given a complimentary review of our case and even were given free advice. The cost to hire the attorneys was unfortunately more than we could afford at the moment but without a doubt they will be my first call if and when we have to obtain a lawyer.

After the first few minutes of the initial meeting I was impressed with Jessica's broad professional background that complimented her personal blend of empathy for my needs with straight talk about what was essential for us to succeed. Over the past several years I have used her services for several issues to include guardianship, conservatorship, and family trust. Jessica takes the time to interact with my handicapped son as well as regularly communicates with me on progress of her work. She identified critical areas in older documents that required updating to avoid serious future problems. She was willing to spend time to be a legal coach so I had a better understanding of current and future issues . I had a horrible custody battle with my ex husband, even after a lawyer turned down my case, Mr. Luccitti had no fear taking it on. Mr. Luccitti fought hard in my case and was fantastic in the courtroom. I tell everyone he went "Brooklyn" in the courtroom. He had my ex on the ropes. I am very appreciative to his time and efforts in my case. My son stayed in his private school, in my home, and is excelling.

Absolutely the worst representation in family court that I have ever witnessed! Initially, I thought Warren could handle the family case, which should never have made it to the judges desk. Lawyer Luccitti seized his opportunity to file a response that the case was in fact frivolous since the "supposed child" had turned 18 and graduated high school.Mom wanted child support/visitation modification for her adult child!!! However, upon appearance in front of the judge Warren WILTED. I seriously question his ethics as he created and perpetuated a conflict of interest between the parties involved. Warren Luccitti has cost our family unnecessary monetary strain, and irreparable emotional and long term relationship damage.

No one wants to file bankruptcy, but in my situation, it was the best road to take. Mr. Luccitti was very professional, and to the point. He made sure all of the correct documents were filed, and went to court with me when I had to appear. Mr. Luccitti made the whole bankruptcy process a lot easier than I thought it would be.

Brian Winter is an incredible attorney who is there every step of the way. My case wasn't simple, but Brian did a great job of communicating with opposing counsel and updating me regularly. My case took a little under a year and a half to finalize but I was able to get everything I wanted. Brian really listened to me, educated me on the process and made all of the legal jargon less intimidating. In the end, we were able to settle out of court but he and his incredible team (Vanessa) were ready to go to court had the negotiations not gone as planned. I am so impressed with Brian that I feel that it would be a disservice if I didn't share with everyone who would listen how great my experience was. He truly is an incredible attorney who has his clients needs as his first priority. He doesn't just tell you what you want to hear, but helps you understand the ins and outs of the legal system and what is fair and reasonable to request. Hopefully, I won't need Brian to represent me again, but if I ever need another family court attorney, I wouldn't use anyone else.

Let me start by saying that Maya is awesome. We engaged Maya to help with my naturalization application preparation and submission to USCIS. Maya was knowledgeable, thorough and highly responsive to our need. She answered all our queries and supported us even when the application went through a few rough patches. Ultimately, she guided and supported us through the long drawn process which takes (more than) a few months that resulted in a successful response from USCIS. Vanessa at the Goodyear office recently helped us with estate planning and establishing a trust. Although this is a subject that is not pleasant to discuss, Vanessa's knowledge and personable nature helped put us at ease and guide us throughout the process.
