I used Ann Palmer and her team for my divorce. I told her what I wanted and she said it should be a simple divorce, since I was not asking for much. Unfortunately my ex-wife and her attorney thought they were going to get everything and leave me with nothing. In the end I received more than I wanted. The attorney fees ended up being more than expected, but it was not Ann's fault. Ann was kind enough to put me on a payment plan after my retainer fee was depleted. Great team and I would highly recommend using  Ann and her team for any family court issues, especially since that is all they deal with. Ann and her staff members are very professional and knowledgeable. Unlike most law firms who will take any and all cases. She also did not charge for a consultation other firms wanted $300-$400 for a consultation.  You definitely need a specialist not a firm who is the jack of all trades.

I worked with Jenny Mihalovich and her paralegal Erica Iglesias-Diaz for almost 2 years on my divorce proceedings. Divorce is never a pleasant experience, but add in that I had a high conflict case and it was a very stressful time. The service was amazing. I am a currently active duty military and I have to be real. It was expensive but every penny was worth it. You get what you pay for and I am glad of my decision. Ms Joan answered every phone call, every email, and gave real and truthful counsel she is down to earth. She took the time to really listen and understand my situation. I have the pleasure of working with Ms. Bundy. While we both represented opposite sides, it was truly a wonderful experience working with her. It's not often you can rave about opposing counsel, but Ms. Bundy is an exception. If you decide to hire her as counsel you are not only professionally represented, you are respected, listened to and your wishes are conveyed in such a manner that there is no doubt you are in safe hands. 5 stars is not even enough for everything that Atty. Amy Dohrendorf and Stewart Law Group has done for my family and I. What seemed like impossible, Atty. Amy and her team have made it all possible. My daughter and I are living examples. Almost a year ago, I started my journey through a very difficult divorce and custody battle. Initially, and before Atty. Amy even came into the picture, it seemed as if my ex won sole legal decision making of my then 5 months old daughter. During these times, it felt as if the world crumbled on me. It was probably the lowest point in my life. Then we met Atty. Amy with Stewart Law Group. I will never forget what Atty. Amy said, "we may have lost the battle, but we will win this war." Fast forward to today, we indeed won. We won every aspect of this legal case. One of these is permanent relocation to my family here in Ohio for my daughter and I. It's worth noting that relocation is difficult to obtain. But guess what, for Atty. Amy and her team, it was not impossible. Yes, she will give you all the reality checks for your case but don't be dismay, she is working tirelessly in the background to achieve the impossible and turn it into reality. I don't know how she does it, but she truly is a heaven sent. Now being in Ohio, it will be hard to find anyone like Atty. Amy and Stewart Law Group. I just hope I would not need any legal service for the next 18 years. Even then, I would still continually seek Atty. Amy's trusted advice. Oh and also, my mom said whoever will be the next man in my life, Atty. Amy will have to approve!

Great Attorney. Professional and caring. We routinely had to ask for information that should have been given to us. Because we had to ask, it cost us everytime we did, and each instance was billed to us. We were given an approximate amount the divorce would cost, it wound up costing 5 times that amount. I understand there were unforeseen costs, but we had the terrible feeling we were nickel and dimed to death. I would still recommend to anyone needing a divorce attorney, because they excell at making you feel good during a time of crisis and that's worth something.

Mr. Bastain was professional, attentive, and punctual. He was very good at explaining the process and making sure I knew everything I needed, to make good decisions for myself and my family. He did not create false expectations, as so many attorneys do, but was realistic in evaluating things and creating responses. He spent the appropriate amount of time with me and was fair and appropriate in relation to fees. He did an great job for me and the outcome was excellent, I believe for everyone involved. I would whole heartedly recommend Cole to friends and family. Through a difficult time he was patient, empathetic, honest, and efficient.

Run far away from this guy he charged absolutely insane prices lied about what I said to the other side showed up 30 mins late for meetings and charged me in excess of 10 grand and only made one 30-45 min court appearance. He has no document preparers so he charges you his Ludacris lawyer fees to file paperwork. This clown is a scam artist run far away

The best lawyer I have ever worked with. Ever. I spent several years in litigation with an ex spouse with three children with different lawyers. Chose this law firm for a family law issue. Initial in-person consult was with Billie, who I thought I was hiring. Afterwards she referred me to a different Lawyer in her firm that she thought would be best. (Kylie) Billie was aware I had a hearing in a months time. I then was asked to go online and put down a retainer, which I did. Then I scheduled a strategy meeting with Kylie through text messages with her assistant? When I showed up for the meeting, they were puzzled and stated Kylie only does virtual work. I explained that I cant do that and said I would reschedule. 15 minutes later (I had barely left the parking lot) I had my entire deposit refunded. No explanation, no rescheduling, nothing. Just an email saying I was refunded. Now I am even closer to my hearing date after they did this. Initial consult was frustrating. Billie seemed pessimistic about helping a Father who had an ex-wife consistently out to get him. After that it was even weirder. They ask you to pay for a program to share files and communication. They send you a link to a questionnaire. When you go to the link, you have to sign up for the software to do it. Then you get welcoming emails from Paralegal's and assistants..never the Attorney. I didnt want to buy software unless I knew it was needed, so they said the attorney would talk to me about it in our meeting. If you're a father I would go elsewhere. If you want to put up a retainer and let them exhaust it on a case easy for them, they will happily oblige. I find it highly unprofessional to refund a retainer and refuse to work with someone because they wanted to reschedule for an in-person strategy session. Especially when the law firm knew there was pending action.

I have been divorced for 5 years, and we share 3 children. Things were as good as they could be under the circumstances. One day my ex decided they were going to move out of state for work and the kids would better be suited living with him full time, and began to play mind games with me and began to be very manipulative with me. I verbally agreed and off they went. It was a few weeks later I began to regret this. That same week my children began to inform the living situation was the best. My ex was uncooperative with me, the last thing I wanted to do was get a family law attorney involved, because of the costs but I knew it was the only option. I scheduled a consultation that same day and hired this law firm on the spot. I could tell they cared more about me than the money. They weren't what I thought it would be like working with an attorney. They were able to get my kids back to me and I am able to have full custody. It was a total win in my favor. Everyone there was so wonderful to work with.

I needed a quick divorce. My now ex and I didn't have any kids or any real assets. I was originally going to hire some company and pay them $500 for the divorce papers but ended up paying more for the full attorney. They got the divorce done very quickly and I was happy with what they charged me and the way I was treated.

I had one consultation with Mark and before he was even my lawyer he looked at the case and acted as my lawyer and called the opposing lawyer right away to get more details about a ridiculous acquisition i was up against.
