I had a horrible custody battle with my ex husband, even after a lawyer turned down my case, Mr. Luccitti had no fear taking it on. Mr. Luccitti fought hard in my case and was fantastic in the courtroom. I tell everyone he went "Brooklyn" in the courtroom. He had my ex on the ropes. I am very appreciative to his time and efforts in my case. My son stayed in his private school, in my home, and is excelling.

Absolutely the worst representation in family court that I have ever witnessed! Initially, I thought Warren could handle the family case, which should never have made it to the judges desk. Lawyer Luccitti seized his opportunity to file a response that the case was in fact frivolous since the "supposed child" had turned 18 and graduated high school.Mom wanted child support/visitation modification for her adult child!!! However, upon appearance in front of the judge Warren WILTED. I seriously question his ethics as he created and perpetuated a conflict of interest between the parties involved. Warren Luccitti has cost our family unnecessary monetary strain, and irreparable emotional and long term relationship damage.

No one wants to file bankruptcy, but in my situation, it was the best road to take. Mr. Luccitti was very professional, and to the point. He made sure all of the correct documents were filed, and went to court with me when I had to appear. Mr. Luccitti made the whole bankruptcy process a lot easier than I thought it would be.

I was referred to Melissa Kleminski-Bower by a dear friend and have had to retain her twice for child custody/parenting time. She's a very experienced attorney with impressive skills and knowledge taking both of my cases to victory. She's very quick to respond, detailed and her advice is always solid even if it's hard to hear. She's able to explain guidance in ways a non-expert can understand. After hiring another attorney and not getting what I needed, I did a little more checking and found and hired Mr. David White. He was great from the start and did what he said he would do. Our ultimate goal was a case dismissal but would be hard to accomplish. We stayed patient through Covid but he was persistent and persuasive as well. I am so proud of him! We got the case dismissed, well he did with only a little help on my part. Great job David! He is a class act and well respected in the courts.

There are not enough words to say how much of an amazing and outstanding job Mr. White did. He represented my husband in an ugly court battle for 6 months. David became very personal to us and we knew he was the perfect decision. David is an absolute hound on getting the best decision for the children and also his clients. David believes in the children coming first. His knowledge, expertise, and cleverness make him a sharp attorney. He does not charge you for every little time you communicate. My wife needed a family law attorney for a custody dispute. I had a list of attorney's I was considering. I interviewed David and immediately knew he was the one I wanted representing her. I knew what I wanted in a Family Law attorney. I've spent over 2 decades negotiating contracts in my career, and I wanted a negotiator. David is sharp, wise and has decades of experience. David's philosophy is the child and the childs' interests come first. But a close second, is making sure he represents and negotiates to the best of his abilities on behalf of his clients. He is not the least expensive. But he doesn't nickel and dime you with fees, and he does everything he can to keep your costs to a minimum. He also isn't an attorney mill.....employing many new and inexperienced, attorneys to maximize company profits. He is a small boutique outfit and does all he can to keep your fees down. His staff is great! They are caring, compassionate and are very good at what they do. If you are interviewing Family Law attorneys, it would be in your best interest to call David.

David helped me in an ugly divorce. He was an absolute bulldog who easily won the case. I was only going for 3 days a week. David got me 50/50 custody with so much more. He is awesome and absolutely worth every penny. My advice is not to let your ex bully you. You are worth it, and will win with David. I have him on retainer and will absolutely use him for any family issues.

This office is very good unprofessional, they are not all on the same page. I had to drive around for paperwork for the office, I was told one price then my husband an other. Over charging and they are no even that good. They always have turn over off staff, And if you want him to throw you under the bus once you and your contract with him then go right with him. He always knew the true of the circumstances in our case and ignored them and proceeded with the case. Once we decided to cut ties with this office and get a qualified lawyer he wrote to the immigration office and stated everything that I had put in an email that he ignored the whole time he still had our case. Very unprofessional and poor work ethic. I don’t recommend this office

Do not waste your money with this lawyer if you are a victim of domestic violence. My friend is a victim of domestic violence, this lawyer only took her money, made her drop charges against her husband who hit her and choked her and she had all the photos and police report. Her children continue to be around the abuser. He did not represent her well and did not show any of the evidence. She is now homeless and living in a shelter and will probably loose the custody of her children, even though she is the victim. I feel as though the lawyer sided with the perpetrator and this is just another example of how the system is broken and there is no justice for women who are victims of domestic violence.

I see a lot of mixed reviews and I will be transparent in mine. If I could, I'd give him a 4.5. Why? 5- Because he did a fabulous job and did it right. He was always honest with us and did not just tell us what we wanted to hear, which is what I feel people do not like. Sometimes cases cannot be beat and I believe his honesty is taken the wrong way. He also took care of everything and I KNEW we were in good hands. He always made sure we looked at paperwork and I appreciated the mock interview because it truly prepared us for what was to come. 4- The reason I took .5 off is due to the response time. Sometimes I had to call and email in order to hear back about any questions I had. Also, my moms interview was on a Friday, we met the Wednesday prior and it was then he told us she needed to redo her medical exams and with our luck, that Thursday was a holiday... it was a headache to find an immigration medical exam office with openings in time to get the results before her interview, I wish he would have informed us way in advance. However, I will say he did offer 2 medical places and followed up to ensure we were able to find a doctor. Overall, I do recommend him. He was able to get both of my parent's their residency AND I will definitely be back to work on my parent's citizenship!

Wendy is absolutely amazing when it comes to family law. She cares deeply for her clients and their families. Everyone that I've known that works with Wendy and her team feel genuinely cared for and that Wendy has their best interests in mind. If you can't afford to hire her she offers video tutorials on how you can represent yourself as well. Attorney's wouldn't have the stigma they do if more of them were like Wendy.

Hernandez Family Law is a very trust worthy firm. First of all she has passion for what she does. She listens to everything you say and understands how you are feeling. When you call upon a lawyer you are already highly emotional and she has a very calming effect on you. She is very thorough with your case, she will talk you through every step. So that when you step into court you are calm and trust that she will do her job. Now let me tell you how she does her job. You would think that the same calming effect would step into the court room with her. Which it does, but she can be he most amazing cross examiner you have ever seen. She is such a very well round lawyer in all aspects of the law. If you ever find yourself needing the services of a lawyer she is the one for you.

In a nutshell, Wendy genuinely cares! For me, that is the most important quality in a lawyer. In 11 years of escalating custody battle, I have been through 3 lawyers and numerous “Initial consultations”. Wendy was the first lawyer I met that I truly felt was about me, my children, and my case, not the money. The very 1st night after our first case review meeting, I had the best night’s sleep I have had in years. I do not believe my case could have gone better, and my children are happier and safer thanks to her.

Wendy completely changed my opinion of lawyers. I have never met an attorney who cares as much as Wendy. You can tell she has a passion for her work and the people she represents. She believes in the same thing I do; that moms and dad are BOTH so important. She is willing to try new things and gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. Angela Hallier represented me in a divorce case, however when her associate attorney moved out of state, she just ignored the case and let the opposing party clobber us. The associate attorneys handle the bulk of the work, so once that happened she just rolled over and took the path of least resistance to let the other party take over. The correct course of action would be to either catch up on the case, then represent me as an advocate, refund the money as the case was not finished, or appoint another associate attorney to handle the case after they get caught up on the details. She did none of the above. Angie is the owner of the firm, so even if she just relies on her associates, she should make sure things are appropriately delegated. She is very interested in deep pockets, and keeping up her appearance, but not interested in putting forth the effort to advocate for her clients. Very disappointed in this poor performance and level of caring for her clients. Pros: Will give a sense of professionalism when she first meets you. Very good at wooing you at first. Very good at deflecting questions or concerns from clients. Cons: Will get very defensive if you catch her in a mistake. Her facade will fade quickly once she is responsible for responding to the case, keeping up with details, very difficult to reach, uninterested in clients concerns. Has very little oversight into what is happening in the form, despite being the owner.
