It has been over 60 days since I have last seen my baby, and I had been oblivious to my rights, after working with Mr.Duron we were blind sided by a restraining order, after serving the mother of my child, we had to prepare quickly and we did so. We won the case and the restraining order was denied, he and his team has helped me so much throughout this process and I would suggest them out of anyone. Best pricing as well! They truly do love with they do and care about their clients. I would give them 10/10! I will not see my baby soon after not seeing her for long. Thank you.

I had Paul on my case and not only did he not respond to me as much as promised but he failed to succeed in my case then put a new person on my case without any information about me or even notifying me first then went to court and caused me to loose everything I gained nothing but a very bad experience that caused me to only have viking rights and loose all access to my child now I have to do even more running around just to see her most horrible lawyer office ever don't waist your money I don't recommend this office to anybody they are liars and they don't listen its a waist of time and money!!!!!! They should close this office down:/

Going through a very nasty divorce case. Judge had granted three years full property control of my house to my soon to be ex wife. Mr. Duron fought that ruling and was able to have my soon to be ex wife to move out of my house in 31 days! Excellent experience with this firm. Mr. Nolan is an exceptional lawyer when he represented me with my family law case. Not only with the outcome of my case but with how he approached the matter. He gave me the confidence I needed to hear with all the doubts I was having prior to retaining a lawyer. I called in to more then likely retain mr. Nolan . I couldnt even get past the assistan who says her name is Molly. I repeatedly explain I have a family law matter out of downtown Los Angeles. As such a sensative matter I think a personal assistant plays a key role when retaining an attorney.

I made an appointment with Mr. Nolan based on the good reviews he has. I showed up early one hour not expecting to be seen but the staff was great and friendly and Mr. Nolan saw me within 10 minutes of me getting there. I was in and out very quickly very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and Mr. Nolan. He was very friendly and honest. Worst attorney in Los Angeles, she charged me $5000 dollars upfront without even showing once to court, her filing fees are ridiculous. The day before my hearing, she called me in her office just to have her accountant asking for another $5000, she delayed my hearing for an additional 3 months. It was a total waste of my time and money.

Retaining this attorney was the worse mistake I had ever done. She is a money hungry attorney. paid her 15k in 5months. Because she was too interested in her vacations. This attorney abandoned my case for one month, missed several court appearances and did not tell me and at the end she said be prepared to pay alimony and child support. Entire office was unprofessional, would mail correspondence to wrong address and then tell me that the mail was returned. DUH wrong address. This happened multiple times. If there was a negative I would have give her one. RUN RUN RUN

Really helpful with all questions. The process took a little longer than expected but Indu and her staff were very knowledgeable about the paperwork and the process for my case. Even though they did a lot extra work with phone calls and emails, their pricing was very reasonable. I also worked with Indu and her staff remotely (never met her in person since I live in the Bay) but her and her staff still took care of me and got everything taken care of. Highly recommend.

Even when she was on vacation, she communicated personally with me and was able to advise me on my matter and made sure her staff was aware of and communicated everything with me. Ms. Srivastav's mindset resonates down to her staff who works with her. Her paralegal/legal Secretary, Sonia Lepe is easy to work with and keeps you informed every step of the way. On one occasion, because I could not make it to their office till 5pm due to work, Sonia stayed behind while missing an important personal appointment to get my rebuttal in to the opposing counsel without any hesitation. Money hungry lawyers! Start you of by saying they can do this or that for your case and only need 5k to start BUT then every month after they ask you for 3k to be on the 4K retainer so since I was already 5k in I continued this until I was down over 15k and NOTHING was done! And if you don’t have the money they dgaf they simply say sorry we’re going to have to step down since you aren’t able to make payments... please be careful here don’t let them play you like they did me.

Attorney Stearman is professional in everything. My case was opened and closed within approximately 5 months, from ending of Jan to middle of July, 2021. At first, I was frustrated and did not know which attorney that I could ask for help. I received no recommendation so I did a research and luckily built my trust in attorney Stearman. Let me be straightforward, as long as attorney Stearman understood my situation, he completely and actively took control over the case. He showed me what outcome would be based on the supporting documents and evidences provided. He responded to my emails within 24 hours. When I did not think or go the right way, he actively guided me back to be on track. Especially, when the other party (who was involved in the case with me), caused too many problems, resulting their paperwork to be returned, as I suggested, attorney Stearman did his best to assist the other party as well. I had 2 cases going on at the same time, and when I explained how the 2 cases were related, attorney Stearman also showed concern that kept reminding me about how the deadlines of 1 case could affect the other. They left for lunch and the sign said will be back at 2:15 PM I called to get a more accurate time and they said 2:30 it is now 2:45 and they still aren't open. It It was about 3:30ish and I got helped. I was in to get something notarized and I got a discount on it because I waited for a while. they care for there people.

I should have done this a long time ago! But i hired this man when his office was in Brea, the first time we spoke he offered to represent me in my divorce with only a 2500 retainer which turned into 5000 when it came down to it and not much was done because my wife and i decided to reconcile which he strongly apposed and tried to talk me out of it and was pretty upset when i didn't take his advice. So when it came down to reimbursement oh boy that was a nightmare he would not take my calls his secretary would just tell me he's on vacation and mock me by telling me that she will et him know you called and will document and file our conversation which everyone knows it just means that she is gonna im gonna be billed an hour for every call i made. Sure enough i only recieved a couple hundred from the 5000 didnt get divorce he only made on short court appearance and 1 meeting with my wife and i.

He called me representing my ex husband and told me that I was irrational. He hung up the phone on me after getting frustrated. I think he thought because I was representing my self that he could step all over me and that I didn't know my rights. He was mistaken. Before he could contact me he actually called one of my family member to inform them of my legal information and case which entirely violates my 4the amendment. Now he will not answer any of my calls or emails.
