I am an attorney that practices family law in Michigan. One of my family members hired Mr. Navid Moshtael to represent her in a complex divorce/custody matter in Orange County, California. The case dealt with various issues, such as spousal support, child custody, child support, and the division of assets. My family member kept me apprised of all stages of her divorce matter. I had the opportunity to observe Mr. Moshtael’s legal representation both behind the scenes and in court. Although I am not licensed to practice law in the state of California, I have had the opportunity to observe and interact with countless divorce attorneys in Michigan. I am NOT easily impressed when it comes to observing other attorneys. However, I can say with absolute confidence that Mr. Moshtael is, by far, the sharpest family law attorney that I have observed. He is extremely experienced and very sharp. If I ever required the assistance of a divorce attorney to represent me, my only hope would be for Mr. Moshtael to begin practicing law in the state of Michigan because there is nobody else that I would prefer. His interaction with opposing counsel and the judge is jaw-dropping. He is an absolute shark.

I am sharing my personal experience with you guys. First of all, when I received notice from my ex-husband who filed for divorce, I didn't think I needed to hire a lawyer! I was 100 percent wrong. If you have an asset, you are making good money, then go ahead and hire a divorce attorney, and thank me later! There are too many strategies and tricks that the other party uses to take your money. In my case, I was the person who made more money, and my ex-husband and his new girlfriend tried to get a good amount of spousal support from me. Ladies, take my advice and never marry a poor guy although he is good looking and handsome! Long story short, Navid was the person who saved me a lot of money, and I need to thank Moshtael Family Law again and again. I am moving out of Orange County to start a new life.

Horrible practice! I was only with Moshtael for a little over a year and had 3 attorneys that I can remember there was so much turn over that I lost track of who was really handling my case. Alex, Bill, Navid... went to court physically 3xs and heard the courts say my attorneys failed to provide my 2016 taxes which they failed to inform me and other items which I was not aware of by my attorneys. When hiring them I laid out a list of items like normal and each time they stood up there my ex's attorney slammed them. I literally had to raise my hand because my attorney didn't ask for anything he sat outside the court room and told me he would request. Garnishment was my biggest request which stated if he doesn't pay me I can't afford you. Bill still didn't ask for garnishment after leaving the court room he said oh you meant child care not child support ‍ Instead Bill just agreed to another court date which I can't help but think is a Moshtael's goal all along just collect as much money from clients as you can because Alex did the same. Then they stick another attorney on your case and charge for all the calls to get the new guy familiar with the case. I also called the office for their bar # and they refused to give it to me without telling them who I was. After court I finally called an attorney my friend has been telling me to go to and they said "Oooo Moshtael has a bad turn over rate." Be careful especially if money is a issue. I'd represent myself better but I work full time and feel like I'd drop the ball on sending the courts proper documents which was still the case with these guys. They don't even deserve one star. Their Bar # 242282 they refused to give this to me over the phone without telling them who I was it’s public record.

Mr. Gill and his team helped me through a nasty divorce. Not only did they help me navigate the impossible judicial system, but they helped me deal with a narcissistic ex-wife and parental alienation among other things, including domestic violence. I could not have survived the divorce without this team. They are professional, sympathetic, and devoted to getting the job done and doing so fairly. Raja has seriously anger issues and highly unprofessional. He told my parents who he didn't know to "get the hell out of the room. " and thier firm will try to nickle and dime you. $35 charges for (attempting to call you) lol. Don't waste your time or money with these guys.

John Denny may be a "Super Lawyer", but he is not accurate with his wording on court documents and billing practices. I was sued and this firm was hired to represent the person suing me. John misrepresented me on a form by stating, "my contact was met with a refusal to communicate". I did not refuse to communicate, I did refuse to enter into mediation with him in regards to a legal matter. Upon being served with a bill from the law firm I discovered that my discussion was double billed. ( I am retracting my double billing statement, the other billing was with the client on the same day). A 1 minute, exactly 60 seconds, call was billed at 2/10th's of an hour though. The description on the invoice noted, "telephone conference with opposing party re mediation". So we did communicate. My advice to clients and opposing parties, double check your bills. That 1 minute call was billed at 2/10th's of an hour as well. 1 minute seems to equal 12 minutes in lawyer time. Other than that, my encounter with him was wonderful. I'm still only giving 1 star though.

Martindale AV Rated Family Law Specialist. Matt Bogosian lives in SoCal, and I wanted him for my divorce attorney in NoCal. Why? Because he is the best. He is AV rated in Martindales (voted best of the best by his peers). He wrote case law on pre-owned property prior to my the divorce. (See Marriage of Frank & Dawnel Bonvino) Unlike some attorneys I interviewed, he will NOT upset the other side into a LOSE-LOSE war. Matt has a very high EQ, and because people like him, they will become more AGREEABLE to the Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement (BATNA). He is fair to all sides, and will counsel you to what he thinks is best and why. In my case, his fee's were reasonable, and he won a lump sum settlement in killing others and myself with kindness after a 20 year marriage, and 5 year divorce. I was fortunate enough to persuade Matt to take my case. You will be very fortunate if you are able to have him as your counsel!

Marc is truly the best in Orange County! When you are going through a divorce (especially a turbulent one) it is the scariest, most uncertain time in your life. For me having an attorney who I knew had my best interest at heart and would represent me like he would his own family meant more than I can put into words. He is extremely passionate and will fight for you, working around the clock, to ensure you get the justice you deserve. He also has a photographic memory and does not forget anything you show or tell him. I can tell you from experience it really matters who you hire when going through this horrible life experience. Hiring Marc I had a true advocate standing by my side who I fully trusted. The weight that took off my shoulders was immeasurable. His reputation precedes him when you are at the courthouse. All the other attorneys and judges know him and hold him in high regard. I even had other attorney’s come into our courthouse and watch him during our trial as well as the court reporter ask for his business card when it was done. No, I am not kidding. Trust me, he is fantastic.

I'll be honest Family Law is messy and emotional and I feel so blessed to have been referred to Marc Mitzner and his team. They helped me with a complex Domestic Violence, Custody and Divorce Case. From the moment I came into his office everyone was extremely accommodating, professional and very conscientious of the intense emotional state I was in. They executed everything as they promised and in the time frame they said they would. I was constantly updated of my case status. I never had to follow up and ask for any paperwork as it was always emailed to me immediately. When I went to court with Marc and Christina it was easy to see that their reputations were well respected in the court room and with the judge. There is so much emotion involved in Family Law and during this crisis I was not thinking as clearly as I normally am, I couldn't have been in better hands during this experience. I never felt like I didn't ask enough questions or that I was rushed and if I did have a question they were always very timely to get back to me. It was clear they were extremely experienced, their knowledge speaks for itself, but from day one they clearly informed me of their plan of action, the possible outcomes and continued to do so throughout the process. I know they went above and beyond for me, even for my kids -when I had to bring them into the office they offered them tv , snacks and drawing supplies! 2 years ago I retained Mark as my attorney for a custody and child support case. As a single father I found it difficult to find an attorney that was genuine, and that truly wanted to help me fight for my rights as a father. I was so glad I made the decision to retain this firm. I must say I’m definitely glad to have found Andrew and Brian from this firm to help me. They are awesome guys! They took the time to truly understand the inner kinks in my case and analyzed my case from every angle, not just telling me what I wanted to hear. They took the time to explain to me my options instead of pressuring me into taking a position that I would end up regretting. I must say this office is a well-oiled machine! They do things quickly and efficiently without sacrificing detail. The staff was also pretty awesome! Especially Cheryl! I highly recommend Andrew Tran and his staff. When I asked for a consultation Andrew was quick to contact me and openly discuss my case. And before demanding a retainer I may add! Andrew was very straight forward and had an answer for everything I asked. I was overwhelmed and very stressed when initially talking with him. He did a great job reassuring me and helping me understand my rights. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Andrew again in the future if needed. I had some other legal matters I needed taken care of as well. Andrew was even kind enough to give me a solid referral to another firm that could handle it as it wasn't something they could handle. My Daughter had a difficult case involving guardianship and many other very very involved factors. She would call different attorneys and they either did not want to take her case or it was not something they practiced. I called Attorney Schwarz -after a Google search -and he seemed to know exactly what to do and was extremely knowledgeable. He was retained by my daughter. Today my daughter had her court case and had to wait for her case to be called - her case was called last. She advised me that she had watched case after case -with cases similar to her case—get rejected by the judge -her case was then called and everything she requested was approved by the Judge! She was shocked- first time going to court and awarded everything she asked for! Attorney Schwarz is so outstanding! He won this case! Many attorneys you call and you deal with the secretary —my daughter loved how she could call Attorney Schwarz-and he would answer the phone!

I called to set up an Appointment for some Family Law problem we were going through. I didn't even finish talking, he badly cut me off and supposed what i was saying or needing, so he RUDELY & ARROGANTLY with his annoying Voice said * I don't do free calls or any free consultations, No pay No help. When i was about to say i wanted an appointment to maybe see if we can get a case and no one said we weren't paying. How are customers going to speak to you regarding their issues, cus we cant talk or you want to take advantage and start charging non-sense. These are the Lawyers u want to AVOID!! Pls look else where. I am posting his AD & BAD Review in Orange County Teacher Bulletins & Family Bulletins, so they stay away.

I was looking for a prenuptial lawyer and came across David's name via google search. David answered my phone call promptly and we set a meeting up for an initial consultation. David was down to earth and was very easy to talk to. He and his wife worked together to draft the prenup agreement, and they gave me and my fiance several questions to answer in terms of assets, finances, etc. It was pretty straight forward and not confusing at all. He even referred my fiance to another prenup lawyer to represent him. He and his wife kept consistent contact with us when it came to finalizing our paperwork.

Gerald helped with a custody case where my son wanted to live with me in my home state. I had a lawyer in my home state and Gerald in CA. Gerald came highly recommended by my original lawyer. He reviewed my case and stayed on top of every filling needed. He was willing to discuss all of my options and never was I left feeling that my son's and my concerns were not addressed. I met with Mr Wildish to do a Real Estate Transaction. I was the buyer. The Seller was half owner of a Hospital that I was half owner of. I had an old Buy/Sell agreement for this property that was dated 2018. I told Mr Wildish that we needed to update the agreement and change the Attorney’s letterhead from 2018. Wow! I just handed Mr Wildish $5,000 to not even write his own Buy/Sell agreement. Instead, he sent the seller the old agreement with another attorneys name on it! He lied and told me that I said he could send it. Who in their right mind would do that?! I’m not happy and it cost me $50,000 for his ignorance. He couldn’t even coordinate a conference call. He gave everyone the wrong number. Give me my money back Mr Wildish.

I just called to try to speak with an attorney and was given the worst customer service from the male receptionist who answered the phone. I tried to explain the case quickly to ask for a consultation and was given extremely rude service.... i am not sure if the actual attorney at this firm is even aware of this type of rudeness happening at his firm. i would say also this rude person does not even know just how monetarily huge of a case he just threw out the window for this firm due to his rudeness ... gl to you all who ever tries this firm i pray that you are able to get past the receptionist
