If you find yourself in family court, you have already lost. However, if you do find yourself in that situation. I strongly recommend retaining the services of Samantha McBride. She will ask the right questions, do the research and work to position your case in the most effective way in court. Samantha McBride truly listens when other attorneys just goes through the motions. I felt Sam listened to everything I had to say. She sought to understand where I was coming from and what I needed. I felt like she advocated for me every step of the way. One thing I appreciated about her the most was her honesty and her frankness. If something I requested or was inquiring about would end up costing me more in attorney fees than what I was asking for, she was very honest about that. She took my financial situation into consideration and made sure to do everything she could to make the process as affordable for me as possible. Although attorneys are not cheap, regardless of how they are representing you, I wholeheartedly appreciate the efforts she made to keep my costs low. One thing I would recommend, as the client, is to read over all documents, settlements, requests, and other items in writing and check for misspellings and grammatical errors because I did see quite a few of those. Aside from that, I feel at peace knowing I had Sam representing me throughout my divorce. Her confidence and knowledge of laws surrounding divorce provided me with even more comfort in choosing her as my representation. I would recommend Sam to anyone going through a divorce who needs to feel safe, listened to, and advocated for.

Mr Roark was the best attorney I could have ever asked for hands down . He shows empathy he was encouraging he was kind listened to me . Even when I got upset he knew how to shut me up so I wouldn’t get myself in trouble in front of the judge . He was honest set a realistic expectation. When I say he fought as hard as he could for me I mean he was like the lawyers in the movies and the shows you see he was a SHARK and if your looking for a shark look no more he is well worth every penny . And even though I didn’t get the outcome I wanted he helped me not lose custody or have to pay sanctions and that is a victory . He is truly the best .

I chose Linda Claypool to represent me in a child custody, child support case because her rate seemed reasonable when she offered her services. However, she charged me for every minute I had to provide clarification on anything she would not understand the first time it was conveyed to her such as determining % of visitation with both parents. This is how she takes clients money. Then she had the audacity to charge me for a hearing that was canceled by the non-custodial parent. He informed her that it was canceled. And I confirmed that with her verbally.Yet she did not cancel the hearing, attended the hearing and did not notify me. She is sneaky and dishonest. There were no changes done on my case. It was waste of my money. I did not even have the opportunity to attend myself. I attempted to to discuss the matter with her. Yet she would not refund me the $900 she charged me for court fees in addition to charging me other fees. I previously worked with another attorney and they provided excellent service and would keep me informed and prepared for a court hearing. She failed to do so. She went to court which a case was cancelled and she took $900 from my deposit. It’s sad she has to take money from a struggling single parent.

Linda Claypool, Family Law Attorney, has been a blessing to me. I received notification that my ex-husband was no longer going pay spousal support when he was already a month and a half delinquent, I became very emotional and frightened as my social security will not cover necessary living expenses and my health issues will not allow returning to work. Living on the east coast all I could do was start searching the web for an attorney in California. When I read Ms. Claypool's profile & reviews I knew she was my best choice. During our first consultation I found her to be very professional as she explained every step of the process proving her expertise, compassion and knowledge of family law. Preparing the necessary documents to file in the court system we were assigned a court date only to have it canceled due to the pandemic of Covid 19 closing down the courts. It was 5 months before the court started taking telephonic cases, my case will be heard next month and I'm confident it will go well. I would recommend Linda Claypool as she is not only professional & knowledgeable, she listens to what you are saying and you can feel the passion she has for family law.

Highly recommended. Heath and his staff are refreshingly responsive unlike other attorneys I've seen. Extremely knowledgeable with a powerful presence in court with legal staff who are very attentive to responding to emails and inquiries. I felt like I was in such good hands when Heath was present. He doesn't play games and is honest and doesn't drag things out.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel this law office definitely deserves one. From the moment I walked into the office I was met with the utmost professionalism. The two ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I was then greeted by Mr. Baker earlier than expected. After listening carefully to my case, he proceeded to provide a detailed explanation of my options. I truly felt empowered with the amount of support and guidance I received...I can't thank you enough for that! I know that I definitely exceeded my consultation time, yet I never felt rushed. Wow! I retained Mr. Prainito for a very complex divorce and I highly recommend his services. He was willing to fight for what I wanted in the outcome of the divorce, and constantly gave me advice of how to interact with my ex. My divorce was such a hard and emotional experience to go through, and Mr. Prainito was very aware of the emotional stresses I had, and was very good and helpful with guiding me through this experience. Mr. Razo recently represented me in a post-judgement trial that concluded in almost 3 times the support I was originally awarded, as well as, my ex having to pay a LARGE amount of my attorney fees. I retained Mike Razo as my attorney in my Divorce. I consulted with a few attorneys, but Mr. Razo had a far better understanding of the unique issues of my case, in particular the financial nuances involved in separating our assets and debts that were entangled from our 10-year marriage. We had one particular asset that required specialized knowledge. Emotions were running very high and I could not have handled this matter without him. He was always available and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me from agreeing to things that were against my best interest. I would recommend Mike Razo and highly recommend you retain him at the onset of your divorce or separation so that you don't make any decisions that go against your best interest. I went through a 3 year long divorce. It was extremely dirty and spiteful. When I separated from my ex husband I had an 8 month old and was left with nothing. Eric and Debra have treated me like family. They made it a point to take my calls and actually listen to me. It never felt like a transaction. They genuinely had my best interest at heart and tried to make the process of divorce which we all know is horrifying as easy and smooth as possible. They stuck with me for 3 years and did their due diligence the entire time! I highly highly recommend them. Especially at these times when it’s so hard to meet with an attorney in person. They will make you feel at ease and really stand by you through it all!! If you are looking for an attorney/firm that you can keep an open line of communication with and who will follow through with the best possible outcome for you and your family then Eric Rice is the man to talk to.

MENTAL DIVERSION EXPERT! I would highly recommend Mrs. Debra Rice as she went above and beyond for my brothers court case. She did exactly what she said she would do and then some. The odds were not in his favor and we got far better odds than expected, as we already suspected the charges were not going to be dropped regardless of the lack of evidence the state had against him (Unfortunately, an officers word against yours is enough to seal the deal in a case now and days). Fortunately,she is a realist and will tell you each of the possibilities you can go with your case, then tell you which route will give you the best odds, within reason. Do not be mistaken though because she will go the toughest route possible if you are willing to, as she did with my brother. She was/is available throughout the entire case and was at no point unreachable, as she would always pick-up, email, text, or meet up. She gave great expert referrals that we needed for our particular case and further provided us with all the resources necessary to increase the odds of a great outcome. Her fees are beyond reasonable for the amount of traveling and time she had dedicated to our case, you will not find another attorney that will do it with a reasonable charge and have the same, if not better outcome. Furthermore, she was not just an attorney but an actual human being that treated us with dignity, respect, and never once made us feel uncomfortable. We could not have found a better attorney, I can not stress this enough! Other attorney's did not want to take the case as they said "it is too complicated, complex and a sealed deal", Mrs. Debra Rice proved them all wrong with the outcome however proved them all right the complexity of the case. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of our case. We can not thank her enough for the second chance she has given my brother.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the professionals at Rice and Rice. Eric Rice represented me, and along with his paralegal Erlinda, helped me ensure the safety and wellbeing of my children. From start to finish, Eric was very honest about what I could expect and how things could proceed short and long term. He consistently provided solid advice and helped me every step of the way. I was concerned about some parenting choices my ex-spouse had made without my consent and Eric was able to help put an end to them in a timely fashion. He is very clever and knows the law inside and out to effectively reach his clients’ goals. I would also like to note that Eric has consistently made time to meet with me around my flights and limited time in California before needing to appear for court. He has made a point to meet me at his office shortly after I have landed, even if it was outside his usual hours or he was ill on one occasion. He has put my needs as a client above his own to ensure my case was on the right track and I was adequately prepared. Eric is a firm but respectful presence in court and did not back down when addressing the serious concerns of my case. Thanks to Eric, my children are no longer exposed to the concerning circumstances that prompted my case and they now have a better quality of life.

Eric Rice from start to finish was professional, to the point, and well organized. What should have been a simple divorce was drug out into two separate hearings one where the opposing side trying to sue for back alimony and clearly had no case. Thankfully Eric's knowledge of case law showed in his confidence during the hearing. His smile put me at ease during the hearing, shortly after he and opposing counsel were in chambers the case was dropped. This was a refreshing win in my favor. The second hearing should have been quick and easy, but once again the ex had an agenda. Eric Rice took it in stride not allowing my ex to have any upper hand. The ex's attempts to further delay the judgement finally came to an end. Eric's knowledgeable staff worked on preparing the status only judgement divorce paperwork over a few months thereafter. If you are looking for an attorney who speaks with confidence, actively listens, knowledgeable in family law, with friendly and helpful staff, I highly recommend Eric Rice hands down.
