I was very fortunate to have found Dustin Krogh during a terrible custody battle. I followed Dustin from a previous firm and I could not have been happier doing so. I've hired a few lawyers over the years and have been disappointed, but I cannot give enough stars to Justine and her team for their help. I was recently faced with a serious family matter and Justine more than helped me. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and confident. When I was nervous and at times scared, her confidence was reassuring. She knew that I had a winning case but still kept my expectations inline with reality. I was informed every step of the way and received all the advice one could ask for. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. Dustin Krogh has been my lawyer since my divorce and most recently into a child custody case with a move away. I really couldn’t be happier with him and his firm! He was always responsive and timely. I feel like I need to say this next part because I’m not a fan of having to do anything inside a courtroom or with Lawyers in general but he actually cared about me. Not just the case and the face value of the challenges it brought but me. He handled everything cleanly, gave phenomenal advice and helped me through some very tight and tough times. For perspective I’m a Dad in the state of California fighting custody of 2 kids and moving with them out of state. Through the whole process he kept me grounded, set my expectations accurately, and maintained a professional decorum that I appreciate and admire! If I could give 10 stars I would.

I felt like I was at an all time low with my custody battle and there was just nothing more I could do. I had spoke with Dustin and he assured me we were able to get things done. Great at filling out court documents, however, as a limited scope client that paid $3,400 for representation at a custody hearing, I was not advocated at all during my hearing against the petitioner that was lying under oath. My attorney did not object or even refer back to parenting history once. I even had the CCRC recommendation amended due to a lie from the petitioner and had the judge state the petitioner was "admirable" for the lies he said under oath. Nothing was advocated for me on record. I was crushed. As a mother that raised my son nearly 4 years, I will now not see my son for practically 4 days and the father lives 50 miles away. To the prospective clients seeking representation for custody hearings, make sure you're hiring an experienced attorney at this particular firm, mine was practically new in her career. I trusted her to represent me, but if I had a re-do I would've gladly paid more money for an attorney with more experience. And even if the outcome didn't change, I would've felt vindicated by my attorney to at least have tarnished the petitioners credibility. It's like he was allowed to say whatever he wanted and I just sat their helpless agreeing to it. I felt so underrepresented and will find a different legal counsel I can hopefully trust again. All these good reviews are with an attorney I didn't have. I was "represented" by Ms. Thompson. I write this honest review so what happened to me doesn't happen to another parent seeking help. Strong, seasoned legal experience matters, especially when it comes to your child.

I was going through a simple divorce so I thought I could do it myself. Well after almost 2 years of dealing with Riverside Family Court I decided I couldn't do it. Less then a month after my consultation it was done. Everyone is awesome and very helpful on any questions I had. I highly recommend them to anyone. Don't do it yourself it ended up costing me more then what they actually charge. A very fair price with quick closure.

I had a complicated real estate forgery issue with an adversary who was an experienced real estate attorney/litigator. I had consulted three other attorneys who had made suggestions that were less certain in outcome than this firm. Mr. Iverson and his staff exceeded my expectations and met their commitments to me. So if you need a legal response that requires: 1. Fast (timely) responses, ...or the 2. Best knowledge in terms of protecting the client (reading the adversary and those involved), ...or services that are 3. Affordable and extremely efficient, saving unneeded expenses (while friendly and professional), ...or you have a complex issue requiring 4. Detailed insight as to the technical issues of a complex situation while identifying and prioritizing the really critical issues with which to be dealt. This firm will be a great, and possibly, the best choice for your project. I hope this long narrative helps. I rarely, if ever, have submitted reviews but this issue affected my daughter and me. I had a bad experience with this attorney they never did what they supposed to do And they never fought for me in any way shape or form. They would also never call you back or even told you that they moved to a different location and had nobody there to talk to. So that's y I gave them a bad review on everything that they did for me. And I was not satisfied with the outcome of my case. I would never refer anybody to this law firm at all.

Contacting me one time to get my money haven't heard back from them in one month then they had someone else call me and tell me something different avoiding me for a week. Told me what I wanted to hear just to get my money and did nothing for me after that. Continue to lie to me telling me they didn't have my email which they have sent several since then continue to lie to me and say that they will call me back a week later and still have not done so. My case is not a big case but it's an easy open shut case and they still with that did not show me any type of Professional Service or courtesy of contacting me. Another wolf in sheep's clothing

0 stars if I could. REALLY!!!! Hiring this law firm was the biggest mistake I could have ever made. They should not have taken my case. They were good upfront until they got my money and went through it. Molly, my paralegal, was horrible. She was unresponsive and couldn't answer any of my questions, but I was charged for every phone call and every email. I was dealing more with Molly and getting no where rather speaking to the attorney I hired. I requested a refund or a partial refund and they denied it and sent me an inflated itemized list. Take your money and run if you could help it. These people should not be practicing law. Mike Bender was useless and almost missed my court date, can you believe it. He should be disbarred. Might file a bar complaint. Reach out to me if you have the same experience and let's share notes. Of course I did not use my real name for my confidentiality. I do not trust you guys. You stole money from me and did not deliver on your promise. I am shocked that you guys are still in business. You can hide behind your nice comments, but what you guys did to my case is unethical and unprofessional. You should not have accepted my case in the first place. I will be suing you.

Attorney Tate treated our case with just the right mix of compassion and professionalism. Personal experience here. If you want to waste $20,000 + in a year, while doing the leg work yourself, have your case shuffled along to 4 DIFFERENT paralegals (2 of which quit during the process) never have your telephonic hearing info until the day before, charged to chase them to file anything, nothing filed on-time, have the paralegals hint about what a joke it is working there, be left in the dark and get screamed at by Attorney Tate... this is the law firm for you! It’s been a nightmare within a nightmare of divorce. Still married, still paying for a car that’s not mine and had to sign a substitution of attorney because they wanted more money (which I have and using to find new representation) Also, any progress that was made on my case was because of me. Please do yourself a favor and read ALL of the reviews. Shocked this place is still standing. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Most reviews are paid reviews.

Please pay attention to the bad reviews on here and on yelp, they are all very accurate and very alike to what I experienced which means they do the same to all their clients. They will take your money away and do nothing for you! You will have to follow up with them and remind them of all the court dates coming up.Unfortunately, you will find out once it is too late and once they have taken all your money from you. Please go somewhere else!

Firm, fair and compassionate. No shady tactics. Open and honest. Never had a question not fully explained. Every option presented and possible outcomes. This is my second time using Singleton-Smith law office. I came back because I was very happy with my experience the first time and they have not disappointed me. I have known Diane for about 9 years and during that time I have had to use her law firm for personal service. As they say you don’t know what people go through until you have to. When issues arrived all I had to do is call her office or email Diane and she always got back to me even when she was on vacation. One thing Diane understands that her clients are going through emotional issues and she always wants to be there to support them. I have also referred my clients to Diane and I have had nothing but great response back from my clients. Dianes staff is also amazing. Thank you for all you do for your clients!!! Lloyd helped me with the family law settlement case. Here are few things I liked about him: 1. He is professional. He has calm demeanor. 2. He doesn't bring his own emotions into the settlement. He keeps it logical and practical. This quality is very important for family law settlement divorce attorney, because everyone have their own set of circumstances and they want to settle their dispute based on those life-situations. Lloyd never tried to force his opinion or popular society opinion on me. He respected my personal preferences and my life situations. 3. He made me well aware about my rights. He didn't hide anything from me. This was very important, because when we don't know about our rights, we let popular society opinion dictate our decisions. In fact, he answered my questions to my satisfaction, in his first meeting only (which was a free consultation. He was not being paid for it, still he answered all questions, made me aware about my rights, made me aware about the law and order boundaries). In fact, due to this, he won me as his client. Didn’t listen. Was horrible to my mother and I. We got there right at 2pm and the door was locked. When he finally answered, he was rude and rushed us through the consult. He was condescending and Made my mom feel like a criminal because of the debts she owed. She cried when we left. This is the most unprofessional and worst experience with an attorney ever.
