I was married to my husband for over a year and finally decided to go through a complete name change (first and last name). The entire name change process with the Law Office of Luella G. Hairston was affordable and timely. Sanaz helped prepare all the documents and I only had to meet with her twice. During my court appointment, the computer was down and the judge unable to pull up an electronic file of my publication, but Luella was prepared and had back up paper copies of my publication. I would recommend contacting Luella's office regarding any other family law disputes in the future because of the great service they provided for my name change.

Very attentive and very hard working. Mrs Hairston and her staff even worked weekends to insure they were prepared for my case, and in the process beat another attorney who is regarded very highly. They worked on the case what needed worked but didn't do things to add to the cost as I have seen other lawyers do. I am very, very pleased with their performance throughout the entire case.

Leaving this review because I feel that when you reach out to an attorney seeking consultation, and they respond and proceed to tell you that "they need to consult with another attorney and will call you back," you expect that they will do what they said! Luella, does not seem to be a woman of her word and when it comes to time sensitive cases, an attorneys "word" is sometimes all you have. Save your energy and look for someone else. Glad we didn't.

Miss Hairston is an amazing attorney! She fought for me to have more time with my daughter, but after the truth was revealed through mediation, we didn't get more time with my daughter. WE GOT PRIMARY PHYSICAL CUSTODY! If you are looking for an attorney to be fair and honest, look no further then Miss Hairston. Its been 6 years since we won custody, she's now a senior in high school with one of the top GPA's over those past 6 years! I contacted a number of attorneys to see if they could take on our case involving a situation regards to our son. Elizabeth is a great family law attorney. Unfortunately the judge did not see everything I was asking for Elizabeth fought for it. She is also an advocate for children and has a solid understanding of the childrens' needs during a dissolution of marriage. She will not simply take her clients side of it's not in the child's best interest. Her retainer is very reasonable and was willing to allow me to make payments.

Mr. Hatcher and his team has helped me on two different cases regarding child support and child custody. I was at a dead end with child support and owed over $10k in arrears with a $1700 monthly payment because I made mistakes dealing with child support directly and it affected the quality time I spent with my kids. Hatcher and his team made it all go away like it never happened and my payments dropped to $132 monthly along with health insurance provided by my employer and share approx 43% throughout the year. Initially the process was pretty scary because I didn’t know who to trust but I can confidently say that his team will get the job done as long as you do what they say. You can sit back and relax because you won’t need to call his office for anything and if they need something from you they will give you call directly.

I really like my experience with Mr. Miles and Mr. Hatcher. The first time I met with them it was during a weekend that they were close and they went out of their way to meet with me for my case that was the fallowing week. They always helped me out with any question I had. They helped me with my domestic violence hearing and child support/ divorce. If one wasn’t available the other was. I really like how patients they were with my case. They also have a very nice assistant that help me out as much as she could. I would recommend Miles And Hatcher to anybody that asked me for a good lawyer. During my domestic violence hearing they did an amazing job defending me.

Miles and Hatcher as an office were very professional and informative. They never missed a beat. As a team they helped me to understand my case, the options I had with my case and helped guide me to what would best suit all parties in the situation. Mr. Hatcher was honest, aggressive (in a way you want an attorney to be in my opinion) and knowledgeable. I appreciate his help and would recommend it to anybody, especially dealing with family law. Bria Miles was assigned to my case as well; she was thorough, punctual and had no problems getting the hard work done. I’m grateful that I had both of them on my case. As with anything you get what you pay for. If you want a good attorney to get the job done you will pay a good attorney price; I believe that with what I will be saving and the outcome of my case was worth every cent.

This review is long over due. My life has been so peaceful thanks to Stephen Gassner. Mr Gassner helped me with a custody case for my daughter. Mr Gassner was able to rescue my daughter from a living situation that was not in her best interest. I have had full custody of my daughter now for about 4 years now. My daughter is happy safe and in a much better place. We have peace in our family and I can't thank this man enough. Mr Gassner is well versed in the law and will give you honest and direct feedback on your case. I wish I would have found him sooner than I did.

I retained Mr. Richard Malone with the Zumbrunn Law Corp for a case of a contractor had put a lien against my deceased mother’s home that I was trying to sell. I had been dealing with this for months, talking with other attorneys not going anywhere. When I talked with Mr. Malone, he told me what he can do. Mr. Malone had the case settled within a few weeks and cleared the lien. I recommend Mr. Richard Malone for any real estate issue, he is very professional, fast and efficient.

Large bills with little value and poor communication and performance My case was for a reduction in spousal support. I had what I thought was initially good service and value, but once it came to the point that the lawyers had to pay attention to details it fell apart. I had to repeat key information several times that had been conveyed through emails and in person. Court papers were prepared without any explanation as to there need, purpose, or cost. The prepared paperwork contained several errors that made it appear to be a copy from another case that was just edited. I requested several times to get estimated costs for the needed work and was denied any helpful guidance. After communicating my need to keep costs low as I was not able to pay large bills I received, in the month that followed, an extremely large bill. After complaining, taking out a large loan, and getting an assurance that they would keep my costs manageable I received another large bill that I could not pay. My attempts to resolve the situation were ignored and communication was extremely limited from their end with no attempt to address my concerns. I was left with no options, no money, and no lawyer to finish my case. The fees charged by Mr. Peelman's firm are the equivalent of two years of support payments.

I just finalized my divorce; Danny Peelman and team were the attorneys that handled my case, his team was a referral of the family trust law firm that I have used in the pass. On the first visit to the office of Danny Peelman, Danny Peelman clearly expanded how divorce is handled in my state and what will be involved, and during the visit he was clear on what will be the outcome for the assets between me and ex-wife. Also, he was clear on what the charge will be in and out of court. This was explained in a way that I was able to understand and all my questions were answered without being rushed to make a decision. During the process of the divorce the staff of Danny Peelman kept me fully up to date where the case stood and always responded to my questions in a very timely manner. When there were decisions to be made clear advice was given with both pros and cons. And at no time was I ever rushed to make a decision without support. Beyond impressed! I had been self represented through years of family law and child support court hearings and was so hesitant to hire an attorney out of fear and trusting that they would appropriately represent myself and child. After tons of research I contacted Ms. Azizi. I immediately was greeted by Lorenzo, the Office Administrator, who made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. He assisted in making communication seamless and effortless and walked me through each step of the process. Ms. Azizi heard my concerns and was extremely sensitive to the matter of FAMILY. Worst law office. I called the office to set an appointment for a "paid" consultation, the gentleman who manages the office took my information and said that he would call me back to set an appointment. A week later, he never called back. When I called again, he said the most gullible excuses for not getting back to me. I went ahead any way and still asked him to schedule an appointment for me to meet with the attorney. He gave me an appointment a week later. He asked for all my information again, which means he did not save my info the first time. On the day of the appointment, I left work early and arrived at the office on time. The same gentleman opened the door and looked confused then he said that my appointment was supposed to be on the phone. I looked upset because he never said anything about having the meeting on the phone. Then he was trying to reach the attorney for over 10 minutes on the phone without any luck. How come the attorney did not call me if the appointment was really on the phone? It was just another lie to cover his incompetence. I just left the office because they lost my trust before I even get to meet with the attorney.
