Called twice leaving a message and emailed through their website seeking an initial consultation. Never received a call back. Although she had come highly recommended it's certainly not professional to ignore a prospective client.

Ms. Mojaddidi and her staff are top notch professionals.  They are personable, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, highly competent and effective.  They go above and beyond and I trust them wholeheartedly. Ms. Mojaddidi does a phenomenal job at trial.  It is obvious she is passionate about not only justice for her clients but what is best for the children. If I could give 10 out of 10 stars, I would.

This firm represents what all attorney's should aspire to be ! Ms. Mojaddidi took the time to understand me and all the concerns and problems with my divorce case . She is very intelligent and knows how to play hardball with opposing counsel . Her support staff is professional , expeditious and very responsive . I am not sure I could have found a better Attorney in the Sacramento Area .

Divorce is such a stressful time in anyone's life. I can't even begin to quantify the ways in which Wazhma and her team made my life easier. They are by far one of the most communicative and responses teams you could ask for. In a time of uncertainty, they were able to provide clarity. My case went to trial but it was Washma's dedication, perspective, research and creativity that made all the difference in the outcome. I cannot thank her enough for her assistance, time, and effort. I wish Wazham's practice continued success and I would not hesitate to recommend her to any friends or family members looking for an experienced attorney.

Wazhma came in and cleaned up a very messy situation left by another lawyer. She was responsive and compassionate. She came highly recommended by multiple professionals. I wish that I listened to them earlier. Kudos to the entire office staff and especially Wazhma. Money well spent.

Christian Schank & Associates represented me during a very hard time in my life. I called for a consultation, and a salesman took my call. I asked for advice and to speak with attorney. $3,000 was my answer. I called later with $3,000 on hand, but was told... my "consultant" wasn't there so I couldn't speak to anyone until he came in hours later. I told them any reputable attorneys office could make me an appointment. The reply was... "sir there is a protocal in place, give me your number and your consultant will contact you". I hung up...I don't need a commission based salesman to close the deal. A reputable law office will make my appointment regardless of who answers the phone.

I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Tanya except that I will be forever indebted to them for their hard work regarding my case. I have had an incredibly long and difficult custody battle and had pretty much given up hope that the family law judicial system would ever take into account the emotional well being of my daughter. However, with Mark's vast knowledge of the system and the law I came away with a contentment I never thought possible. Mark and Tanya supported me and guided me through the processes every step of the way and were able to help me get the best possible outcome for my situation. When first meeting Mark and Tanya their knowledge and confidence is incredibly evident and unquestionable, however, the compassion, support and genuine caring is what really sets their team apart. Mark did my high conflict divorce which was very difficult and time consuming. But pushed it along and finished it. Mark also took on my girlfriend divorce which was harder than mine and finished hers too. Great work by Mark, Shauna and Tanya.

I have had a great experience with this office. Kim Ma was an attorney I hired for my custody case and she was great. Originally when I scheduled a consultation, she listened to my concerns and overall situation and she honestly told me I did not have a case. I think that speaks volume of her integrity and professionalism. Too many attorneys out there are just after your money and will promise you an outcome that won’t be attained. Eventually my situation progressed and she assisted me with my case. I would definitely recommend Kim to anyone who is looking for an honest professional. Of course my hopes are to never need their services again but in case I do, I will be coming back! Thank you again.

I have had to work with several attorneys over the last 2 years and I am absolutely blown away by Kim Ma. I believe she is absolutely an answer to prayer! We went through many of the scenarios imaginable with family court and yet Kim’s knowledge, expertise and professionalism was absolutely top notch the entire way through. Kim is wonderfully available and balances all her clients in a positive manner. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I absolutely can say without a hint of doubt that Kim brings honor to the legal system. She brings calm to a stressful situation and she truly pursues what is best for her clients. Kim works diligently to ensure she is being reasonable, honest, responsive and the best attorney she can for her clients. While I hope to rarely need an attorney, I pray her services are the only attorney I will be utilizing henceforth. I also want to add that it is amazing how well respected she is in the court room- the judges as well as court staff and other attorneys obviously think very highly of her. This again shows her respect and professionalism while still fighting for her clients best interests. She is truly very honorable and reliable. The office as well is extremely respectful and professional in all circumstances. I am so grateful to be working with Kim!

Julia Perkovich helped me get through my divorce with both genuine compassion and professionalism. Going through the entire process is cumbersome, emotional, and frequently frustrating, but she made it more than bearable. Even when it was clear that certain laws are archaic and unfair, she did her best to mitigate their effects and make things as fair as possible. She always referred to all of us by name (and not just "my client" or "her attorney/counsel") which spoke volumes to me-we were human beings with real feelings that needed not just legal, but emotional support as well. She obviously cared as much or more about the individuals involved as the legal aspects of the case. She was professional when required and human when necessary. The ability to do that is invaluable. I would highly and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone needing family law services.
