Let's face it, divorce is not easy. It's not fun. It's actually a terrible thing to happen to a family. But it is a common reality for many. Having a good law firm in your corner will definitely help you navigate the thoroughfare of divorce with peace of mind. My attorney was Teresa Drexler. I felt very comfortable with Teresa as my attorney. She was knowledgeable, understanding, and detailed. Now I'm not gonna sit here and say I got everything that I wanted from the settlement. However, Teresa thoroughly explained the strength of each spouse's respective case and told me that sometimes the judge rules a way we cannot predict. After all was said and done, I was at peace with the ENTIRE process start to finish. I was even at peace with how the judge ruled. I petitioned for what I believed was right and Teresa stood up for me and represented me extremely well. I have no regrets and I have Teresa to thank for that. I would definitely recommend Teresa Drexler and Drexler Law to anyone who is enduring the process of divorce.

Ms. Drexler and her team did an outstanding job of representing me in my modification of support motion. I do not live in Colorado and Ms. Drexler immediately made me feel as if I was a priority to her and the firm. Constant communication, compassion, and a sense of being a "Team" with her and Demi made the process very simple and straight forward, even though the opposing party was extremely difficult to work with. Her knowledge of family law, and willingness to listen to my individual needs made sure I got the outcome I was looking for. I only wish I would have found her and the team before I went through the original divorce proceedings, I can't help but think things might have ended up differently. In my opinion, Drexler Law provides the most professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate representation anywhere in the Fort Carson area.

Fortunately, I was referred to Drexler Law and I found the team, including Brian Melton, to be incredibly professional and responsive. They were always friendly and answered all of my questions and Brian gave me options to do some paperwork on my own, which was a cost savings. The services provided were excellent for the cost!

I have used Lynn Olney twice for his legal services. There's never any of us who are looking forward to needing a lawyer (for any reason). However, Lynn and his team have always done everything to ensure that I've been taken good care of. He has always been there for any questions and to explain the processes and items that are upcoming. Unlike many attorneys, Lynn has always been fiscally conservative and doesn't make any motions or waste his time (or your money). You can count on Lynn putting your best foot forward and doing his best to ensure that you are represented in a fair, unbiased, and professional manner. I have always had full faith in his capabilities (because I've seen them firsthand) and have gotten many good nights sleep knowing that he's only a phone call away and is on top of anything that develops. I also have full confidence recommending friends and family to him. There is never a question in my mind that he's going to be the best lawyer you can obtain. And the "thank you's" I get from the people I recommend are priceless (I've never had anyone tell me they were disappointed or that he didn't do a great job for him).

Mr. Olney represented me in a contested divorce. I spent tens of thousands of dollars .... Mr. Only way overcharged for my divorce and took advantage of me at a time when I was extremely vulnerable. I would not recommend him. Ever.

I would be giving this law firm a 0 star review if it were an option. They allowed an attorney under there firms name to operate with absolutely no supervision, said attorney was derelict in his duty to me as his client and then left the firm with little notice and the law group did nothing for 4 months to rectify his wrong doings. He was incredibly unprofessional while working for them, as well as irresponsible in his business practices, there was no oversight from the "supervising attorney " which led to him not maintaining his oath as a Colorado B.A.R. licensed attorney. The best I could get from them was that they were trying their best to get it all back under control and that they would send me the remaining money from my retainer, that was 4 months delinquent from the lawyer even working for them. I would absolutely recommend you look for other representation then SANDERS law firm if you would like to be able to reach your attorneys about pressing legal issues or feel like a priority when investing so much into a law practice. They were all around egregious in the standard that they kept in terms of professionalism and support in my most trying of times. I will never return to this group and would suggest that no one retain them as legal representation.

I was a party to a case that Jesse Feinsod was hired to represent me. I have never been through anything like this before and I had no idea what to expect. Jesse took the time to explain things in detail that I could understand so I knew what to expect. When it came time, Jesse fought to get my case dismissed with prejudice without the need to go to hearing although he was more than prepared to go to hearing. I would highly recommend Jesse Feinsod if you are looking for a hard working, no backing down lawyer to represent you. I met with Dan two years ago for my initial consultation. I was so impressed with his presence, how he listened and understood my circumstances. At the time, when I walked away, I didn't have peace in my heart to move forward with filing for divorce just yet. However, two years later and zero improvement in my marriage, I knew I needed representation throughout my divorce, so I called Dan up and asked for another consultation. I was blown away at the fact that he not only remembered me, but much of my circumstances, and still had his notes from our first meeting two years ago. I hired him immediately and felt confident throughout the entire process. His entire team, from the front desk ladies to his para Kristen, made me feel welcome, important, valued and heard. I have referred Dan to several friends and family members, and almost all of them have hired him as well. We love this guy! As one would imagine going through a divorce is not an easy process -mentally, emotionally, or legally. However, after finding Sarah and Daniel, the legal portion became the easiest part. Sarah was very insightful and helpful throughout the entire process; it was very apparent that she truly cares about her clients and ensuring they are taken care of to the absolute best of her abilities and then some. Throughout the process, I never once felt that i was left to make a legal decision on my own or without all of the facts; more importantly Sarah was very responsive and upfront through the entire process. Anyone who thinks an attorney doesn’t enjoy getting paid is just naive. You don’t go to college for 7 years to make 20,000$ a year. Keep it real. Mr. Noffsinger is the most professional and understanding attorney I’ve ever met. He doesn’t call all the time, he has his secretaries call because...well I’d rather pay 10$ for a phone conversation versus 200$ for a phone conversation. As a scholar of law, I am confident in what a professional attorney looks like. Well ladies and gentlemen, this is it. Family law is always heart wrenching and emotional. Don’t take it out on your lawyer because they work for you! If you need even the most crazy motions filed under family law, this is your guy. Don’t hesitate!

Dan took on my complicated case and gave me such hope and help with dealing all aspects of the divorce and child custody suit. His office staff was also very supportive, encouraging and always there for me when I needed help or advice. I could not have gone through this without them. In court, Dan explained every aspect of the proceedings, so I was comfortable and less stressed. He also took the time to talk to people who had come to support me, or be a witness. The other factor in his representing me, was that he works with me financially so that it's easier to pay his fees on a monthly basis which makes my life as a single mother less stressful. He always made sure I was ok with any decisions and explained things so I could understand the entire situation.

When initially searching for someone to represent me in my family court case I had several consultations with other family law attorneys in the Colorado Springs area. As someone who was completely overwhelmed by the complexity of the legal process and my own unusual circumstances, I knew I needed strong and intelligent representatives so that I could give my child the best outcome possible. What stood out to me about Erica right away was her upfront demeanor and honesty about the difficulties of my case. She didn't balk at the challenge of working with orders from another state like other lawyers had. She presented me with her best path forward for me, and was able to explain options that were available to me. She didn't try to hide or diminish the overall financial cost of the process I was facing like other lawyers had, and she was clear about the billing process for herself and for others who would be working on my case and tried to help me save on costs where possible on several occasions. Most importantly, Erica was able to take a complex situation and focus on the most important facts and kept this consistent direction throughout the entire duration of my case, something that is difficult to do as a parent in duress. I was very pleased when Erica and Susan, her paralegal, began to work on my case right away. Nearly each and every day for six months they worked tirelessly to push my case forward through the court. Both women were available and willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had and were extremely prompt about responding to me. I never felt lost or alone in my case because of their dedication to always make sure that I was well informed about the steps that were being taken. I always knew where we were in the process and they always informed me of what my options were going forward. They both were supportive when the wait grew tiresome or when some moments were tough. The staff in the office are always extraordinarily helpful. Renee, Savannah and Catherine are always willing and ready to answer any questions I have about billing and scheduling and are always very informed about my case. It is because of Erica and Susan that I was able to successfully provide the best situation that I can for my child, and with their hard work and support, I know that the process was done correctly and efficiently. Without them, I would have been extremely lost in a very difficult situation. Hiring Erica to represent me worth every penny and I am grateful for all the effort that she and Susan put into my case.

As a father in the midst of battling for my rights to my child I would not advise anyone to bring Greg on. He charged me for everything while he did absolutely nothing to assist me in winning my case. Ultimately he told me it was my job to build my own case, not his. All while continuing to take money out of my retainer. If you are a father going up against this bias family court system, I would not advise you to spend money with this firm. Keep searching.

Jennifer Helland is the most competent family law attorney in Colorado Springs; hands down. To say my case was complicated would be a huge understatement. I spoke/worked with several other attorneys who frankly just scratched their heads and gave incorrect advice. When Jennifer took on my case she did all of the necessary research to guide me through the process properly. I was very impressed with her ability and willingness to reach out to others within the attorney community to get the answers we needed with my unusual case. It is clear that she is well thought of within that community, which is another amazing asset to have in an attorney. I can say with complete confidence that I trusted Jennifer throughout the entire process to hold mine and my children's best interests as her number one priority. For a mom going through such a tough situation, that was so important and very comforting. The office itself is also well organized and communication is great. I always felt like I could get ahold of them with questions or concerns and they always did a great job of preparing me so I knew about upcoming dates and deadlines in advance. I will always be grateful that Jennifer came into mine and my children's lives at the moment she did. Easy case, my ex didn't want to respond to mediation request so needed a lawyer. Ended up paying over $4,000 for paperwork and mediation help. Paralegal was wonderful, but lawyer refused to ask for lawyer fees nor would he include childcare costs. I felt like a uneducated woman who's requests were insignificant. Asking for their help was a mistake.

Worst attorneys I have ever met. They found a way to get the judge to make me pay more to my ex-wife than even she and her attorneys were asking for. They took 10k from me and I was totally screwed for it. Beware! They constantly ignored my calls and emails, kept me in the dark throughout the process. My life would have been so much better if I had found any other law firm.

Everyone at Maceau Law was wonderful, they were easy to work with they utilized the time spent together efficiently in order to reduce my costs of working with a lawyer through my divorce. They kept me in the loop through the whole process and my attorney arrived early to the court date to walk through what I would have to do at the final orders hearing. They saved me so much time and trouble of doing the divorce on my own. Best decision I have made and was definitely worth the money to get help with the divorce.

I called this law firm 2 weeks ago to see if any lawyers can help with a dispute on a student loan. I called asking if anyone could give me advice about my situation and the secretary or whoever she was put me on hold to see if anyone could help me, she got back onto the phone and said “the lawyer who would know about this is in a meeting, can I get your name and number and I will call you back later today to get you set up with a appointment” so I gave her my information said bye and hung up. I waited all day for the call back and never received one. Figured since my husband and I worked with this law firm in the past when we needed help with changing our daughters last name why not work them again to see if they can help me with my situation. They we’re very professional in the past but very unprofessional with not giving me a call back. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone looking for one. So here I am three weeks later still on the hunt looking for a honest reputable lawyer.

A dead dog would have provided better representation than this firm. Almost $7000 to agree to everything that my ex wanted and the attorney couldn’t even be bothered to show up in court (appeared by phone). Now almost two years later, I’ve almost got them paid off, and I can start paying my ex.

This is the best law office in Colorado Springs. Not afraid to take on BigLaw and fight for your rights. The Law Office of Jeanne M. Wilson & Associates have totally mastered their craft.
