My 2 daughters father wanted more custody than 50/50. I went to mediation once before by myself, nothing got done, we were going to trial and i had no idea how to go about with the case. Family Attorney Karen D. Faulkner has helped me on multiple occasions. It wasn't even getting a divorce or anything, we couldn't get our marriage legalized! Being a foreigner who married another foreigner, we had problems establishing the validity of our marriage in both the United States and back home in Europe. It was the European part that gave us problems. When I called the consulate, the lady was so rude I ended up smashing my phone, that's how upset I was - she implied our marriage as being unlawful, because it was done in front of a U.S. Judge (ridiculous, I know). I was going to say forget about it but fortunately Karen was able to calm me down and bring me back to my senses. She helped us through the process and everything is well now - I'm very satisfied and glad I followed a lawyer's advice instead of doing things "my own way." Thank you once again!

I'm beside myself with this ridiculous reviews. Either she paid for them or she had people write her good reviews. Most lawyer have a about a 100 or more. She only has five reviews. She's the worst lawyer in the world. She does not have any emotions about children because she didn't have any. . She will tap you in your shoulder and will say don't worry I will take care of you. In the realm of attorneys. No one respects her. She put me for 12 hours in a tiny room of 4' by 6' in mediations in the office opposite counsels. Not to mention she was late for an hour and a half. Brought with her potassium bottles to drink . It seems to me she drink way too may drinks the night before . She'll tell you something today and the next morning she won't even remember if she spoke to you. She does not care about discoveries about the other party. I went to mediation telling her we can't go to mediation without discoveries. She said it's totally ok going to mediation without them. She's a lunatic. No decent attorney will ever say that. Please do your self a favor. Never hire her as an attorney. The worst. She takes Xanax. That's why she won't even remember if she talked to you or what she said and she is a heavy drinker. Watch out. I could not fire her because she had already taken over 20,000 dollars. I had no choice. She behaves as the worst possible representative you can possibly imagine. Her own husband can't even take her attitude. Poor soul that he has to put up with this evil witch. Judge Korda at the time told her. I have been siting at the bench for over 20 years and I have yet to see the likes of you. You're just so pathetic. I'm embarrassed of you.

I have much gratitude for Scott Stadler for assisting with my divorce. Though it was a fairly simple case, he was alert and attentive to my needs in both time and distance, as I reside across the state. Mr. Stadler also helped to mediate and secure a personal asset that I may have otherwise lost or had been forced to unfairly compensate my ex. In truth, I wish I could have had Mr. Stadler represent me 15 years ago in my first divorce; I do believe the outcome may have been different, as I lost something much more precious than an asset. Going through my divorce I thought it was going to be easy and I could get it done myself but there were a lot of roadblocks, going back and forth to the court house no one really providing me with the right answer to my troubles, randomly I contacted Mr Scott and tried to explain what I was told by multiple people, he prepared the paperwork I requested and still he kept in contact and join our zoom call just to make sure we were on the right path which we weren’t But from there he immediately knew what was actually needed and not what everyone else thought I needed. He got the paperwork done within a few hours, a week after I got my final hearing and now I’m happy to start my life over again

Mr. Stadler is the first attorney I worked with in my life, he has set the bar pretty high. He represented me throughout my case, providing consultation with high professionalism and legal knowledge. He is prompt in email communication, as well as effective case management with the opposing party. He charges the hours in a reasonable manner. Stuart and Debbie are an amazing team. Both knowledgeable & understanding. I went through a very difficult divorce with several unpleasant turns, ups/downs but my support, guidance and legal advice through excellent communication was always a phone call away. My first court appearance the Judge actually complimented me on my excellent representation. As a single mother juggling everything I k now at times I asked things twice or didn't understand which was met with patience and appreciated reiteration. No legal proceeding is pleasant. But if you have to go through one, having a professional yet understanding attorney and amazing assistant behind you means all the difference. I am currently using him again for further enforcement of my MSA. Daunting, yes, but when you have a supportive, ethical and just attorney there to explain your rights and/or fight for you, it puts you at ease & in perspective. I hired Stuart on a recommendation from another attorney after a very contentious divorce. Unfortunately I needed Stuart to file a contempt motion against my ex husband who decided not to fulfill his obligations in accordance with our Marital Settlement Agreement. Stuart was logical, knowledgeable, responsive and won our case even though my ex tried to drag it out and bring up damaging, irrelevant personal information about me. Stuart kept the case on track and did not take the bait dragging us into unnecessary litigation. He was great about returning my phone calls and his fees were more than fair. Most importantly, I received an even better outcome than I had expected in the final ruling. He was professional in every regard and I would highly recommend his services.

Stuart handled my divorce case. I started it with a different attorney that was taking forever and I was becoming frustrated because I couldn’t see an end, only monthly bills. I fired my previous attorney and was told Stuart was the best and that he is very experienced and knows what he is doing. Well, they were right, he immediately told me how things were going to go (something I never had with my previous attorney), gave me a timeline and started working. My case was very complicated and he handles it very well. In a few months after he took over my case everything started moving and he was able to finalize my divorce and allow me to move on with my life....priceless!! I would recommend Stuart House to anyone looking for an experienced attorney, that knows what he is doing and that will get things done.

where to start... seemed eager and motivated first meeting then after i hire he was on multiple days off if or could not be reached left numerous call messages with his legal aid Debbie. so i fired House next things i know he sends me the first and only bill since hire 7 mo. for approximately what i had in the trust fund for his supposed services. fraud shows on the billing invoice. just 2 name a few charged me as if he did all the work at his rate anyone one who knows its the legal aid that do most the work and they have a separate rate about 1/3 less per hr. on top he charged for all the calls and emails as if talked to me and read the emails when he was not even working or couldn't be reached, i know because i spend more time calling talking and emailing the legal aid trying to get him to attend to me his client. 100% not him or his rate for all that much less that it was to locate him in the first place. be warned: If you look at him and/or his firm as legal representation. demand bills monthly. check you bill details very carefully. to be sure you being charged properly. as far as getting a hold of him if or after you retain his service good luck its like winning the lotto. I have already had to file with the BBB, FL BAR, Small Claims court and other steps to try an resolve this.

I filed during COVID so most of work was done by phone or I dropped off paperwork in lobby rang bell and left. Mark himself answered nearly all my calls himself. He always called back when I had to leave a message. He knew I didn’t have much and he was very kind gave me 2 free consultations and reduced his fee for me. The day after my divorce was final was my 43rd anniversary. This was a heartbreaking time for me and I didn’t always comprehend everything he told me. He had infinite patience. I so appreciated that. He is a good man and I highly recommend him.

Suzette Hyde helped me during the most difficult time of my life. When I was 20 years old, my father died unexpectedly. I was left to manage an estate with no living will all while grieving the loss of the most important person in my life. I am so blessed and fortunate to have met and have Ms. Vova represent me. She does really look out for my best interests and understand that as amicable as this divorce, as respectful, thorough, and consideration are, she makes sure that both parties continues to have smooth process. I don;t think I could ever find a better representation than her and I have met quite a few. It is also very important to have a very patience counsel and explain everything to you to make sure you understand.
