After going through a terrible experience and several attorneys with regards to a child custody case, I had given up hope that I would find somebody that would fight for the safety of my child in court. Barry Franklin is a great lawyer. I went ot him to get my ex-husband to keep to his part of our bargain iin supporting our unsold apartment. Barry interviewed me and went over our agreement carefully. He thought about it for awhile to figure out if he could help me and how. My mother hired Barry S. Franklin's office several years ago to try and reopen a previously settled case. The previous modified settlement agreement had left him in a very difficult starting position. He was honest with her when she first met him, and let her know that the odds were not in her favor. All I can say is "Thank God for Barry Franklin and his associates!" I retained Barry Franklin as counsel after my initial divorce attorney and a second post litigation attorney gave me the feeling that neither of them cared enough or believed that I had a strong enough case to fight against my former husband. Barry came as a recommendation from a friend of the family and subsequently when my parents divorced, he was the counsel for my father. My friend is already upset of what is going on but this attorney did not help her at all.
