Divorce and the process of divorce stinks even if wanted and necessary, no doubt about it. For some, Divorce proceedings are not as simple as it might seem, even though all the tools are available on line, sort of Do-It- Yourself approach, this is not a quick fix as if one were changing a water faucet, a lighting fixture, or other home project. In my case, I did not have the time to spend sorting the forms, filing them and following up on the progress with the Court by phone, email or in person. I contacted several Law Firms and the most helpful of all was Dana Pechersky. I made an appointment to meet with her a week later, we discussed my situation in depth, she suggested a plan of action that made sense and my impression of her was spot on; she is knowledgeable, resourceful, highly ethical and represents her clients with the highest professionalism. My divorce was finalized recently and without any problems along the way, it was the smoothest procedure because she made it that way. When I do not have the knowledge or experience to perform the job myself I hire experts who can and Steve was the expert I trusted to represent me. Steve worked with me to make my complex case much easier than it could have been. If I could put zero stars I would. Horrible attorney. My friend went to get an consultation and he was extremely rude, very insensitive and unprofessional. My friend is already upset of what is going on but this attorney did not help her at all. She came to you for help and represent her but the whole time it looked like you were on the side of the opponent. Thank you for setting her expectations like she wont win.
