Several years ago attorney Hamilton help me with some legal matters the case was closed everything went very well. Seven years later I had an issue related to the case. I have searched for attorneys left and right. I have received both good and bad advice from what I believe to be people just after money. I had what I believed to be was a very difficult divorce case. I owned various properties that were prior to my marriage that my spouse tried very hard to get. Paulette was honest in the law and assured me which properties would be protected and how to handle any other properties that may need to be fought. We were set for trial and then as soon as the other side received all of our evidence to be presented they quickly provided a settlement offer because they knew at that moment they would not get even half of what I tried to offer at mediation. My paralegal Angela reassured me that at this moment I had the whole ball in my court. I settled for less than I originally was willing to offer and walked away with a large part of my properties. From the moment I first called in and spoke with the office manager, Susan, I knew then my case mattered - before even spending a dime. Paulette handled my consultation with care and knowledge. She did not make me feel rushed and assured me that my worries about the cost to fight was not as important as hearing my story. That helped me feel less pressure and focus on the matter at hand. I have had multiple “free consultations” which are always rushed and never informative. Paulette did the complete opposite- we even laughed a little to help lighten the mood. My case was then assigned to my paralegal Angela, who I swear appeared very knowledgeable about the rules and procedures of my situation. She spent her time with me answering my questions, reassuring me and reminding me that this office is a team and I will never feel alone. Amy Goodblatt was understanding and patient with all of my questions. She was thorough and explanatory in her answers. She is very personable, which put me at ease immediately. I knew she was doing what she could for me in my circumstance, not just as my attorney, but as a person who genuinely cares for people. Periodically, she would sincerely ask and want to know how I was doing. Amy knew what to do in every step of the process. She handled the opposing side professionally, yet firmly always doing what was best for me to gain the desired outcome. She is friendly, but will stand up for her clients being assertive to get the necessary results. She would ask how I wanted to handle situations or what I wanted as results respecting my opinions and decisions, yet would redirect as necessary to provide the best benefit for me in the end. When Natalie took my husband’s immigration case, it was at a crucial point in the process. Strapped for cash, we originally submitted application forms and documents on our own. My husband was also skeptical about lawyers because he had been burnt by one before. We had 30 days to prove eligibility for an unlawful presence waiver because the information we submitted did not adequately satisfy the grounds for the law. Natalie advised we had a good case which, if not properly presented, could easily be denied. From day one, she demonstrated her professionalism through thorough concise analysis of our case. Natalie spoke with us in easily understood language, explaining all the information/documents she would need to build our case. She set deadlines and made sure we stuck to them. Not only did she do her magic but she also reasonably designed a payment plan that we could afford. At the end of the 30 days, our documents were submitted, we were provided copies of all documents submitted along with a summary of her arguments. We were granted the waiver and Natalie kept in touch with us throughout the process. I would recommend this lawyer to all those individuals who are searching for a compassionate professional who is meticulous in the work she does.

Overall, the cases were dismissed. There was a lack of communication on the attorney behalf. I wouldn’t have know anything if I wouldn’t have reached out. The case has been dismissed for almost a month and I am just finding out. Good results, just make sure you are constantly in contact with the attorney or you will be left in the dark.

Chris Melendez is basically a sloth. This guy is a straight clown show. Couldn’t get his life together, understand the details, or do the work required to get my attorney the required documents in a timely manner. Waited 7 months for a financial affidavit, waited 2 weeks for a signature on a final agreement, and literally almost ran directly into trial because it took this guy two years to get his life in order. This is the epitome of taking your time and maximizing income for the firm over clients needs. Literally impossible to work with, and a waste of time. IF THIS GUY PASSED THE BAR EXAM, ANYONE CAN. GO TO LAW SCHOOL EVERYBODY!

Ok. Soooo I stumbled upon this law firm by googling "Best Law Firms" and Oh, am I glad I did! Mr. Baker was very thorough, patient and super professional. He was able to answer ANY and all questions that I threw at him. I started the process of an annulment on the 13th of April and it was finalized on the 26th of May! ???????????????????????????? Attorney Joseph Baker gave me some very insightful advice and recommendations. I really liked his professionalism and his ability to be understanding and courteous to my issues at hand. He gives free consultations, which to me is utterly important and was willing to see me face to face. Even during these trying times, Joseph wants to meet his clients in person. Kudos for that! His retention price is very reasonable and affordable compared to many other attorneys out there. Joseph also has high reviews on AVVO and in google reviews. He introduced himself at the start and is extremely polite. He was not condescending at all, nor did he try to throw out there any titles of where he went to law school. I highly recommend Craig Bourne. Divorce is not easy and you must have someone on your side that is not out for themselves but for you and your family. Craig is a family man and understands the sensitive nature of divorce. There is no perfect divorce but with Craig you can assure your best interest are his top priorities. He also helped my through a bankruptcy due to the divorce. He is exceptional with finances as well. Please don't waste your time with other attorneys who will charge you for paper clips (literally) and your emotions. Call Craig Bourne!
