Alecia is amazing. She is blunt, to the point and aggressive in the best way possible. She was very quick getting all of my paperwork done and to the court house. She has been doing this a very long time and it shows! She got me everything I asked for with my case. She thinks of the what you would think are the smallest details, yet they are the biggest, to make sure you are as comfortable with the agreement with the other party as possible, for your sake and the child's safety. I will definitely be using her as time goes by if I need further mediation or anything else!

The lack of professionalism that comes from this attorney is unreal. I was conflicted about whether I should leave a 1star or 5star review... if you’re considering hiring her as your attorney RUN the other way! If she’s representing the other party in your case, consider yourself lucky because Alecia constantly dropping the ball will likely help your case in the long run. She uses grimy tactics and forgets to submit things, acts unprofessional in emails and during court, etc. 10/10 would love if my ex hired her again ????

I have previously dealt with family law attorneys before where everything involved seemed to be a waste and I had lost hope in the legal system until I met Alecia Reading. She one of the best people I know. She is very forthcoming and knows the ins and outs of law in general, family law, and what you can and can't do. She does not waste time, is direct, and fights for what is right. If there is anyone out there that I would recommend to be your voice and advocate go to Alecia. She will not waste your time on nickel and diming but is very deliberate in the actions she takes. These actions were always in my favor. I can appreciate an attorney that does whats right and abides to the letter of the law. She has some of the best stats and is extremely knowledgeable. Whether you are going to her for legal adice, a consultation, or hiring her she will get the job done, is honest and fair. I'm happy to say that I have found my go to attorney. She has given me hope in the legal system and will steer you right.

As a former client, knowing what I know now. I would have never hired Alecia Reading and her team to take my divorce case. She did nothing. I had to hire another attorney to take my case over and finish the process. Do not use her, she will take you money and run. Believe me I lost $7,500.

I hired her and after 2 weeks me and my wife decided not to go through with the divorce. So I went and talked to her about it amd asked her, if We did this would i get a refund. She said sure what money we dont use she would cut a check back for, she also said u are not the first to do this I get this all the time. When the time came for the refumd she said no u signed a non refundable contract. I told her that's funny u told me i would get money back amd now u dont hold to your word. I also told her my wifes attorney cut her a check for the money she did not use. So at the end of the day this attorneys word is no good and she is very in professional, she even said she gets this all the time. So she steals peoples money all the time. I would not recommend her to anyone. Thanks

I had hired several mid & upper level lawyers to deal with the most challenging, heart-wrenching event of my life. They all performed more like public defenders rather than personal attorneys; always disinterested in important details and often appearing to have had a 5-minute preparation before court. I finally found West Family Law Group and hired Adam Sackrin. I immediately noticed his sharp, "I got this" attitude... and he meant it. The best way to describe him is as an intelligent and well-prepared bulldog. Sparing the details, Mr. Sackrin had amazingly discovered a successful strategy within 24 hours of my retaining him... something so diminutive that likely only 1 in 1,000 attorneys would have caught it. Though no attorney can ever repair the heartbreak that has occurred, Mr. Sackrin does a great job of preventing more of it. Impressive!

Richard came highly recommended from a friend and exceeded my expectations. In a terrible divorce with awful and untrue allegations he fought hard for what was best for the kids and I. Adam took over after we had gotten through the worst of it and was an absolute professional and was always on top of things and keeping the process on track. I wish the world didn’t need divorce attorneys, but if you find yourself in a tough spot and have a lot to lose these are the people that you want on your side.

I recently worked with Adam Sackrin at West Family Law Group. I cannot stress enough how highly impressed I was by how everything was handled. Shane was an excellent representation of someone who took care and appreciation into consideration. I heard of Shane from a reference that had another great experience. Shane had covered my case which was in Hernando County which he didn’t want to take at first, but hearing what I had to say, he put his professional opinion Exactly where it needed to be. I had what I believed to be was a very difficult divorce case. I owned various properties that were prior to my marriage that my spouse tried very hard to get. Paulette was honest in the law and assured me which properties would be protected and how to handle any other properties that may need to be fought. We were set for trial and then as soon as the other side received all of our evidence to be presented they quickly provided a settlement offer because they knew at that moment they would not get even half of what I tried to offer at mediation. My paralegal Angela reassured me that at this moment I had the whole ball in my court. I settled for less than I originally was willing to offer and walked away with a large part of my properties. From the moment I first called in and spoke with the office manager, Susan, I knew then my case mattered - before even spending a dime. Paulette handled my consultation with care and knowledge. She did not make me feel rushed and assured me that my worries about the cost to fight was not as important as hearing my story. That helped me feel less pressure and focus on the matter at hand. I have had multiple “free consultations” which are always rushed and never informative. Paulette did the complete opposite- we even laughed a little to help lighten the mood. My case was then assigned to my paralegal Angela, who I swear appeared very knowledgeable about the rules and procedures of my situation. She spent her time with me answering my questions, reassuring me and reminding me that this office is a team and I will never feel alone. Along the process we laughed together, cried together, and even celebrated - COVID style of course ????. Watching Paulette fight for me at trial meant so much. I felt extremely prepared and ready to hit head on. I appreciate how thorough Paulette and Angela was during this whole process. Honest and always kept me on track. Our adoption process was outstanding from beginning to end. Nicole Ward Moore (attorney) and Jennifer Miller (paralegal) were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Our adoption was out-of-state and during the COVID pandemic but we always felt that we were receiving expert care from our legal team. Any fees were enumerated clearly and they use a helpful/easy service for accepting payments. They realized that this is a joyful, stressful and expensive process and they acted with a personal touch that we appreciated. We are forever grateful for the work done by Nicole and Jennifer to help bring our baby Charles into our home.

We worked with Nicole for the adoption of my daughter by my now husband after she helped my brother with his family's two adoptions. Nicole is invested in the process. I am so thankful that I had Sean and his team to help me through this difficult process. Their compassion and knowledge really helped to guide me. My opposition was very challenging, which created a lot of strain and stress for me, but Sean and his team were always quick to explain the situation and what our plan of action would be. If it weren't for their understanding, confidence, and support, I probably would have given up. Not only did they understand the legal process, they understood the mental process as well. Sean and his team picked up on this several times, such as when I was dragging my feet in the beginning because I was still in disbelief that it was all happening. Donna and Alexis and their staff have been a true blessing. They are true professionals that provided expertise and very sound advice that was needed. They were able to help my son get 50/50 custody, which he rightly deserved. They are very responsive to our concerns and was always a step ahead. One of the greatest things that was said when going through 8 longs months of back and forth, was to remove your personal feelings about the other side and forget about the wrong doings they have done and focus on the child and doing what's best for her. From there it was just being patient and continue to parent. There was always constant communication, from receiving all emails that was sent to and received from the other party and the courts. JUST EXCELLENT SERVICE AND SUPPORT!! Not sure where we would be without them. They are definitely on the Christmas list.

I enjoyed my divorce, said no one ever. However, I can say it was made so much easier because of Natalia and her entire staff. Getting divorced is never easy and getting divorced during COVID was an adventure. Natalia has an amazing grasp on the ins and outs of divorce and family law. She is an ardent defender of her client, but tactful at the same time. Natalia always listened and understood my concerns. She was frank in her explanations of what could and could not be done. I unfortunately filed for a divorce initially with a lawyer who was not from this firm. Attorney Sara Canepa- Zenuini was a God send. From the moment she took my case over she made steady and quick progressive moves. I had mediation within a month of retaining her for my case, whereas the previous attorney sat idle with the case for more than a year. Attorney Zenuni and her office counterparts, were diligent, thorough, and accurate. She took active interest and listened well to my needs, as well as, worked prudently to cover bases and tie up ends I would never have thought of. She definitely looked out for me and what was important to my values and my heart. She also realistically offered advise and counsel not setting unrealistic expectations for the outcomes of certain matters.
