When I realized my marriage was over, I turned to a trusted friend who referred me to Phillip Schwartz for a consultation. During my initial visit, Phil clearly and succinctly provided me with an education on Florida marital law. I hired him on the spot. Subsequently, Phil introduced me to Bob Zucker, a forensic accountant and I hired him as well. They were honest and forthcoming with information and were willing to work with my financial situation to alleviate additional stress. Divorce is painful. There are no winners. But being able to turn the divorce proceedings over to Phil and his team and Bob and his team freed me from thinking about my impending divorce 24/7. As Phil often said, “the law is the law”, and he managed my expectations accordingly. Phil and his staff just settled my divorce. Not only is he a great lawyer but he is compassionate and deeply cares about making sure not only my financial health along with my children are okay. But, my mental health regarding moving forward is okay. I've never seen an attorney be more passionate about what he does. I've called him on the weekends and he picked up his phone or he'd call me back. That's almost unheard of when you deal with attorneys and I have dealt with many in my business. I don't know where these other reviews are coming from that are negative about him because it's absolutely baffling. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

This firm was efficient in finalizing my divorce but when it came time for me to retrieve a copy of my final settlement a year later- it was like pulling teeth to get them to send me a one page document. I needed it in a rush and the attorneys pushed me off to the Clerk of the Court instead on just simply logging in and emailing me the document- it took them longer to email me back to tell me they couldn't help then it would have to just pull up the docket. I would recommend this office if you want limited representation but once your case is done, don't expect them to act like you were a client.

As advertised, stellar. Great value. I had some unusual issues which required more effort on their behalf than I presumed they would accommodate for the price. I read some reviews that were somewhat negative regarding Jeff"s Demeanor. He does have an abrupt humorous writing style that may come across a little sharp to some. But, I can assure you, that when it matters, he his quite concerned and willing to put his clients best interest ahead of his agenda. I was very impressed. I had an uncontested, no children divorce. The key is to make sure you and your spouse are on the same page and are truly cooperative. Be prepared to spend a few hours gathering all the info required for the paper work. Also, while it is possible to reach them by phone it is not their preferred method. Email responses usually take about 24 hrs. Good luck and use this great service with confidence.

It is almost impossible to place into words the gratitude I have for Gary and his team. Coming out of near 7-year marriage with two very young children, I spent weeks trying to find the right attorney for what I knew would be a long road ahead. After countless interviews (and perhaps too much due diligence,) I landed upon a female attorney in Boca Raton, who after nearly a year of ZERO progress, I decided to 'divorce' as well. Then came Gary - referred by a chance meeting my mother had with a former client - who spoke angelically of him and his abilities. I called: hysterical, reeling from the trauma of a horrid first attorney experience, and needing to regain some traction with my efforts to leave my marriage now almost a year prior. Gary proved to be the most valuable resource I could have ever uncovered; not only because of his legal prowess, personal and professional character, true and just integrity, sound reasoning and overall smarts, but even more profoundly, for the efforts he made to remove the emotions from the situation, and deal with the facts (the ONLY items that actually matter when dealing with a marital dissolution). My situation was so convoluted with drama, trauma, heartache, betrayal...my list could go on and on. Instead of draining my pockets listening to my emotional rants on the 'unfairness' of the legal system and the disadvantages I was facing in my particular set of circumstances, Gary acknowledged and validated my feelings, then moved me to a place of action based on the things I in fact could control. From my perspective unless you have unexpectedly come into a huge sum of cash no one wants to speak to an attorney. Chances are if you are seeking legal counsel either something bad has happened, or is about to happen in your life. I equate hiring an attorney to purchasing insurance; you’re never happy to write that check but if you’ve done your research and chosen wisely that initial expenditure should far outweigh any potential long term monetary and emotional costs. Having recently been through an emotionally and financially devastating event I can say with supreme confidence that I had chosen wisely when I retained Gary Weiner. I’m not aggressive or confrontational by nature, in fact in many respects I’m probably too passive or “soft”. It is all fine and dandy to want the proverbial “pit bull” or “heartless” type of attorney portrayed in TV and movies until the reality sets in that you too, must deal with that persona. You may think that you are emotionally tough but unless you are without soul, you will feel tug on the heart strings when your family is entwined in legal battle. Gary has somehow mastered the ability to be relentless, aggressive and intimidating in representing your legal interests while still maintaining the ability to truly empathize with his client. In retrospect there were times he was a quasi therapist, patiently listening to me excessively lament and offering insightful advice and experienced guidance. Never once did any of my interactions with Gary feel contrived or insincere. Gary is as genuine a human being as I have ever met; he is without question a very good man. I suspect that given his skill level Gary could flourish in any segment or niche of law, but given his “human” side and his constitution I feel that he is doing exactly what he is meant to do for those fortunate enough to have retained him for assistance. ---Michael in Boca Raton

I could not have been more happy than having Ron Zakarin represent me in my modification of the alimony case. Compared to the other side’s attorney, Ron was much more prepared and was able to cite current and relevant cases to support my case.
