Seth is amazing, I have a very extensive driving record that should have been suspended for various reasons by now but thanks to Seth I have received NO points on over 5 tickets and minimal repercussions. He is very knowledgeable of the laws and he explains ALL of your possible options in detail and weighs out all possible repercussions. Thanks to him I still have my drivers license. Highly recommended

I am a Truck Driver. So my license is my livelihood. I received an "Improper Backing" ticket while driving for work. Something I had never heard of, and even my company was surprised anything was issued at all, since it was on private property. Seth explained to me exactly what I was being charged with, so I was fully aware of the situation. Seth called me with updates to my case as needed, and before sending any E-mails. This was very much appreciated as I don't check my E-mail often. He was very clear and concise with what was happening with my case at all times. I never felt rushed when I had questions, and always knew what the game plan was for court dates.

Heather is by far the most competent and efficient family law attorney I have ever dealt with. My husband and I had hired her after a referral from Swope Law. He had child support and child custody issues that were longstanding after he was put through the ringer with his previous divorce. She was able to and still is able to assist us with ex spouses that are difficult and at the same time find solutions that are good for us and the kids. He ripped me off for $250. Told him what I wanted, he delivered something entirely different & said it would be o.k. I knew it wouldn't be o.k. and I was right. The judge rejected my suit due to IMPROPER PAPERWORK!!! Do you think he would do it over? NO!I I lost EVERY penny.

Joe has defended me against multiple false domestic violence protection orders having each order dismissed. As the domestic violence protection orders were being used as a weapon to gain child custody in my divorce. Joe then went on and defended me from social services Twice. Sticking by my side and working through the process with me. Joe has treated me honestly, openly and with dignity as I am not a US citizen. In the end joe won custody for me and enabled me to bring my children back to the United Kingdom. I cannot recommend Joe enough, if you want a honest, fair attorney that will fight like hell for you this family attorney is the one for you.

Do not hire Jarica Cairns. In the 3 months that I retained her, she didn't respond to several emails, didn't forward documents to me from OC until I requested them and didn't invoice me on a monthly basis. When I fired her for these and other reasons, she sent me an invoice for $4000 which was nickel and dimed except for the nearly 5 hour long mediation meeting which my spouse and I could have done without her. She is unorganized and irresponsible. Do not waste your money.

Hire this attorney for your family law case! I am an attorney, and believe me when I say, I understand the difference between the good/medium/bad representation. I didn't want a divorce, but that fight would have been a waste of money--paid to her-so she gave me great legal advice to accept the situation (another lawyer could have just billed me for accomplishing nothing). Ms. Diaz knows her stuff : ) Things are very specialized with law now, and you need a firm that only handles family law. Understand, she does not "soft touch" things, but she gets it done--and that's what is needed in this arena. Good luck.

This attorney is trash. Once realized that I would not be hiring her, the remainder of the consult was air space. No consult, she even promised a refferal for an out of state attorney and an yet to get such result. In simplest term, she charged for a full hour to tell me within 5 minutes she could not represent me and the remainder of the time was belittling and accords of linkage of network. I could tell by her demeanor on the telephone she was not professional. I requested video conferencing and was denied. This person just wants money. Beware!!!!!!!

If I could rate her more than 5 stars I would give her 10! I came to Audrey to handle my divorce about 10 years ago. From the moment I arrived she made me feel comfortable and calm and assured me everything would go smoothly and that she would do everything she could to make sure me and my children would be protected and she did just that. Both she and her staff were excellent, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly they made what I thought was going to be a long and worrisome event into a simple and straightforward situation that went off without any issue. I recently needed assistance in getting an order from the court for permission to get passports for my children. After 10 years I walked into Audrey’s office and it seemed like it was only yesterday I had been there, she remembered me and my case and was so amazingly kind as to help me right then and there with everything I needed, I was once again expecting a long drawn out affair and she assured me this would be quick and painless and it most certainly was! The kindness and generosity that Audrey and her staff have shown me, I would never go anywhere else. I have highly recommended her to anyone who asks me if I know a good lawyer for family law. I can never find the words to thank Audrey for all shes done for me and my children that we have peace of mind and freedom to travel now! How do you thank someone who has protected your family and given us the resolution we needed to create a great life again? Audrey is so genuinely humble that she probably won't take the credit, but we think of her with heartfelt gratitude every day. She put things right again. Audrey Jefferis is an advocate for you. She is direct and honest and will tell you the limitations of the legal system and the limitations of your case - she won't give you false promises - but what she will do is absolutely everything that is within her power to help you. She is highly respected by the courts and other legal representatives, and this in itself is a tremendous advantage in court. She didn't judge us, even when we were high strung and desperate with anxiety and even when we were embarrassed by some of the details of the family situation. I filed for divorce in August 2019! Today is January 2020 I am still not even close to being divorced! On top, the office never answers the phone when you try to call and get an update why a simple dissolution of marriage takes half a year and still counting.
