Brian Monk has a way of going into court and knowing his case laws on the back of his hand.My wife made a believer out of me.I don't like court the "justice system " but when my current wife hired this law firm for me I was astonished at what they did. Brian/Nick and Ryan all are upfront and will not sugar coat anything. Brian Monk has worked well into nights on my wife's cases just to make sure nothing goes wrong. Excellent attorney! I came to Mr. Monk on a recommendation from another client. I was currently in a rough divorce and my prior attorneys were milking me for money! I was held in contempt for not turning in paperwork that had been turned in months prior. It was a mess! I started working with Mr. Monk and he assured me that everything would be ok! I also love working with Nick Cacciatore! I was his first case as an attorney and he was very professional and very caring! He is going to do very well. When I found Art Fulmer, I was about 5 months into my custody case (Modification of Parenting Plan) and my previous attorney had run my case into the ground. I went from having my children the majority of the time for the last 5 years (which had not been filed with court formally, we basically just agreed to it 5 years ago) to having them every other week and taking them back and forth between here and the location of their father which was an hour away, not to mention they had already started brick and mortar school for 4 weeks the beginning of the school year before I lost my very first hearing and the judge ordered that I hand the kids over to their father that same day and the very next day their father unenrolled them in the school they had been in for the last 5 years and then enrolled them in a different county for virtual learning. All because of a oversight and a mistake in the parenting plan 5 years ago. Without going into too much detail, 5 months in with my previous Attorney, I was in fear that their father would be able to just rip their roots up from the city they had been living in for the last 5 years, (school, friends, home, recreational activities, etc.) and just relocate them to a city an hour away in a new community in the middle of the pandemic when they were already going through enough changes. After I explained to Art the situation and the background, he was completely shocked that my case had gone as far as it did...my previous Attorney rarely returned my calls, rarely emailed me back, in fact most of the emails I received back from her was an automated message that said, "Out of Office"... When we had a hearing, she would literally research the morning of and would be completely unprepared every single time. She lost every hearing we had, most importantly, the very first one which I should have been able to win by a landslide. From the beginning, Art was very up front with me and said it will not be easy to fix the mess my previous Attorney put my case in, but he guaranteed me that he would make sure he would get my case back on track and he absolutely did. Less than 2 months after I signed a retainer with Art Fulmer, I was back on top of my case, we signed a mutually agreed upon, Modified Parenting Plan, I got my girls back the majority of the time, and my girls were back in school ❤️ I am so thankful I found Mr. Fulmer and his team! I cannot praise his firm enough. My ex husband's attorney was very aggressive and was always very diligent but when I found Art, his Attorney had met his match, in my opinion. I was finally able to breathe and was finally confident I was in good hands. I am convinced, if I had not found Fulmer Law, I may not have won my case. He was worth every penny. He is very smart, knowledgeable, confident and aggressive. My ex husband's Attorney may have been great at talking allot but Art Fulmer is much smarter and doesn't need the gift of the gab to get him through his cases, he uses his knowledge and experience to work his case. The Law Office of Amanda Salcido, provided a wonderful services from my first interview over the phone at not charge. Amanda was very positive from the first conversation we had and very clear about everything explaining the entire process that will take place. I felt so blessed as it was like an angel coming to my rescue since at that moment I didn’t know what to do and the only support that had were my children, but Amanda gave me the legal support to assured me that everything was going to be okay and it did. I am a Polk County lawyer and after referring many people to Bill Lobb over the years I chose him to represent me in my divorce. I wanted a lawyer who was good at settlement negotiations and good in the courtroom if we had to litigate. I know for a fact that all the local judges think very highly of Bill's character and his abilities. Even though my ex-wife's attorney was disagreeable and unethical, Bill was prepared for that as well. Bill has the perfect temperment for family law, he is calm and professional and is always looking out for the client's best interest. I tried to get info on how to proceed with one of their attorney's representing my brother as a parole attorney yet the secretary or clerk was case confused as to whether I had obtained counsel or not. I told her I have not retained anyone but planning to retain someone soon. She said she could only make in person consultation ( which I know is not true). At that time I thanked her and hung up. Completely ignorant counsel and staff. Wouldn't pay a penny to trust them with my LO's future. Must be court appointed by the knowledge of staff. Very sad!!!!

Roy and Amico Law group was fantastic in the short amount of time that I worked with them. Mr. Roy and Jennifer stay on top of their work and are very responsive/professional. My case did not need to go to court so I can’t speak as far as the courtroom goes but from my experience, I can tell that Mr. Roy definitely knows the books and has a great team by his side. I contacted Attorney Gill's office with a very serious and complicated situation with my son and his mother. Mr. Gill contacted me the next day himself and had a long conversation with me for absolutely free. He gave me some amazing advice which has helped me tremendously with many aspects of my situation. He was compassionate, empathetic, and completely understanding even in my very shameful situation with the mother of my child. I unfortunately found out he is out of the jurisdiction of my case due to it being out of state. Even with me divulging the fact that my son is out of state within the first sentence, Attorney Gill still proceeded to speak with me and offer FREE advice to help for a considerable amount of time. I inquired about a very complicated situation with my son and his mother. This firm set up a consultation with me immediately even with a packed schedule. I am extremely satisfied with the service and conversation we had. We spoke for over an hour and I was given all kinds of FREE advice about my particular situation. I had some technical issues and was concerned about not being able to talk. It was met with absolutely no judgement, a warm acceptance, and with alternative means to consult.
